Whether you are a trained or amateur cyclist, work colleagues, friends or family, come and join us! The "Le Mans start type, given by Michel Drucker, will remain a highlight of the weekend with on one hand, bikes lined up over 400m and on the other, runners ready to fight. CIRCUIT BUGATTI Presentation Build in 1966, the Bugatti Circuit is a permanent racetrack located in the south of the city of Le Mans in France (only 55 minutes from Paris and 1h30 from Roissy CDG Airport by train). Various sport events take place there. The most famous are the automotive, motorbike and truck races under the world-known designation of «24 Heures», but there are also a roller-skate competition and the motorbike French Grand Prix. The venue is a closed racetrack enlightened throughout the night. REGISTRATION Register on our website www.24heuresvelo.fr or on our partner s: www.activeeurope.com. After the end of registrations, the access pass will be send by postal services to each team manager. General Terms & Conditions Φ Registration starts the 22 th of November 2016 and lasts until July 23th, 2017. Φ Registration must be filled-out by team. Individual registration is only possible for the Single category. Φ Registrations have to be filled-out before the event. No registration is possible on the venue the day of the race. Φ No medical certificate will be delivered on the venue. Φ Registration is considered as a binding agreement (No refund will be made). Φ Registration must be filled-out on the internet on www.24heuresvelo.fr/en. Φ Each team has to name a team representative. He/she will be the only interlocutor with the organiser. Φ The team representative is responsible for his/her team, each team will be identified by a team name (cycling club, sponsor ). Φ Teammates names must be submitted before registrations end. Φ Registration is not considered as valid until approved by CGO. Φ It falls within the competence of CGO to accept or reject an application.

CATEGORIES AND PRICES The race is opened to all bicycle users (members or not of a Cycling Federation). You can compete as a single rider, a pair or teams of 4, 6 or 8 members. Contestants need to be at least 18 years old in the year of the event. Riders are split into the following categories: «SINGLE» (1 Contestant) MAN WOMAN «PAIR» (2 Contestants) MAN MIXED «4 RIDERS - TEAM» (4 Contestants) MAN WOMAN (100% Women) «6 RIDERS - TEAM» (6 Contestants) MAN WOMAN (100% Women) MIXED (2 women min.) «8 RIDERS - TEAM» (8 Contestants) MAN WOMAN (100% Women) MIXED (3 women min.) An overall ranking as well as a category rankings (if three teams minimum) will be held based on the longest distance ridden. Women s team of 4, 6 or 8 will compete in the 100% women category. If a team doesn t belong to any category it will only be part of the overall ranking. All rankings will be published at the end of the race so that every contestant is aware of his/her performance. Registration fees and the number of track access by team depend on the number of contestants but also on the date registration was completed. OPTIONS New: trackside pit lounges Use the pit lounge as your HQ and follow the entire race as close as possible from your team! Rent your pit lounge to receive your visitors and partners, or allow riders to rest and to feed between two relays. Situated above the pits, in the 1st or 2nd floor, Le Mans trackside pit lounges offer you a direct view on the track and the pitlane. ANIMATIONS 24 Hours Pearl Izumi Cycling Village Beyond the cycling race, the Le Mans Pearl Izumi 24 Hours Cycling is also an opportunity for contestants and visitors to discover the Village. Exhibitions and animations will be available to participants throughout the weekend. Matinale des 24 Heures Vélo Pearl Izumi La Matinale des 24 Heures Vélo Pearl Izumi has been created for visitors, teams, staff members and friends. This morning one hour event allows the participants to spot and get familiar with the legendary Bugatti racetrack. Anyone can take part in the «La Matinale». Wearing a helmet is mandatory.
