Invitation The Downtown Parade of Lights has become a Tucson tradition dedicated to honoring the holiday season. Last year over 20,000 families lined the streets of Downtown to watch over 100 floats, marching bands, and one-of-a-kind of-a-kind entries celebrate the season. 20 th Annual Downtown Parade of Lights This year marks the 20 th Annual Parade of Lights. To celebrate 20 years, the parade is expanding to include a festival at Armory Park with children's activities, carnival games, live music, food trucks, arts and crafts vendors, photos with Santa and of course, the Mayor's Tree Lighting ceremony.
