The team objective is to provide an experience to our players that promotes respect, community and school involvement, academic achievement, mental toughness, physical toughness, fundamentals, team work, work ethic, commitment to a goal, sportsmanship and of course, fun. It is our intent, to provide this superior experience that not only makes our young men successful on the football field but an experience that transcends into everyday life. Each player will be coached in an atmosphere of caring authority and held to a standard of being their best. It is simply the expectation that each player will give his best effort every day and it is the responsibility of the coaches to get that out of the players. In football, as in life, success is not guaranteed nor are we entitled to success. We must earn our success each day through our preparation, implementation and our perspiration. Our time is now, it is our Time to Excel.

1.Create a team that brings the school and community together and represents them well. 2.Create an atmosphere of success and respect that permeates through the school and community. 3.Be good citizens at school and in the community. 4.Be humble in our successes and steadfast in our goals. 5.Be a standard for sportsmanship in the league win or lose. 6.Be the team that everyone wants to emulate. 7.Have comradery within the organization.

Our goal of success is obtained by the following steps. These steps are the foundation of the process. Within each step there are progressions that lead to its completion. Many of these steps will be completed concurrently or in close succession to the next step. Execution Success Installation Mental Preparation Practice Training

1. Have Fun! Why play if you don`t enjoy it. 2. Be a leader in the school and the community. 3. Become a better person through being part of a team. 4. Become a fundamentally sound player at your position. 5. Learn to set goals and obtain them through hard work and dedication. 6. Commit yourself to being a responsible, reliable teammate and player. 7. Enjoy the process. Success is a journey not a destination. 8. Be a coachable player that handles praise and critiques from coaches. 9. Be a positive influence. Be uplifting in spirit and actions. Put the team goals ahead of personal goals.

1.Make each player a true student of the game (video, attention to detail and true understanding of assignments) 2.Teach the why s and how s not just because I told you to. 3.Teach concepts and how to implement them. 4.Develop fundamentals that prepare players for success regardless of matchup. 5.Master skills through repetition (telling isn`t coaching). 6.Help the player become a Master of his craft.

Our style of play will be fast and exciting. We will constantly apply pressure to our opponents. The experience will be hard work but it will be fun! Enjoy the journey! We are always on the cutting edge with schemes and approaches. Player input is encouraged. Getting better requires us to push beyond our known limits. If it were easy anyone would do it! Goals accomplished, friendships made and experiences lived will be cherished for a lifetime!

1. The objective of the offense is to on every possession and to put continuous pressure on the opposition to keep up with the pace we dictate. 2. Our offense will set a league standard for execution and performance. 3. Be skilled tacticians at our positions. 4. Be more physical than our opponent. 5. Player Harder, Smarter and Faster than our opponent. 6. Help our defense by dominating our opponent. 7. Be THE BEST offense we can be!

The Razorback offense will be an aggressive tempo control, no huddle, spread offense that operates primarily from the shotgun formation. The offense will employ screen passes, down field passes, often in an RPR format (Run/Pass Read), to exploit weaknesses when the defense becomes too run oriented or when matchups are favorable. The offense will not use a playbook but instead will teach concepts that each player will use with the called formation, motion and action. This will allow the offense to be modular and take advantage of weaknesses in the defense. S S C E B B E N T E B T G Read 1 Read 2 B C
