BREAKOUT SESSIONS AND EVENTS 13:40 Blind Football Ireland v Wexford Co. Council, Wexford Youth s Football Club, Ferrycarrig, Wexford. Blind Football is played on a hard surface 20m by 40m with kickboards on both sides of the pitch running the length of the pitch. The game uses a ball with ball bearings in it to allow the ball to make a noise and give the players the chance to know where the ball is. It is a 5-v-5 game with all 4 outfield players fully blind wearing eye patches and blindfolds to ensure no light gets in. 14:15 Cara Adapted Physical Activity Centre & Ken Black, Independent Advisor, Inclusive Physical Education and Activity - Scoil Mhuire National School, Wexford The CARA Adapted Physical Activity Centre Ltd works at a strategic level to influence and support policies and programmes of agencies involved in the provision of sport, physical activity and physical education for people with disabilities. 14:30 - Advantage Wheelchair Tennis v Wexford County Council - Wexford Harbour Boat & Tennis Club, Carcur, Wexford Wheelchair tennis is one of the forms of tennis adapted for those who have disabilities in their lower bodies.
