COURSE Information Guaranteed with every tour program The Old Course 6721 yards Par 72 The Old Lady is unique among the world s great golf courses. From the nerve racking 1st tee shot, you take up the challenge that has humbled so many of the world s top golfers. The Old Course is unique in that it owes little to the hand of man in its design & layout. The course has wide fairways with little elevation and interrupted at intervals by huge double greens. There are only four single greens on the Old Course, the 1st, 9th, the famous 17th Road hole, and Home hole, the 18th. To stand on the 1st tee immediately in front of the Royal & Ancient clubhouse is to stand on the most inviting fairway in the game of golf. The New Course 6625 yards Par 71 The New Course is often referred to as St Andrews best kept secret. Designed by the famous Tom Morris, this is an undulating course similar in characteristics to the Old Course. Were it not for the proximity of its more illustrious and ancient neighbour, there is no doubt that many Open Championships and other major events would have been fought out over the testing and demanding oldest New Course in the world. The layout was based on the traditional out and back routing, among its most famous features are its shared fairways and a double green at the 3rd & 15th holes. the jubilee course 6742 yards Par 72 The Jubilee Course at St Andrews was the third championship course built in the town. Opened for play in 1897 the course received its name in honor of Queen Victoria s Diamond Jubilee, which celebrated her 60 year reign as the British Monarch. The Jubilee Course began as a twelve hole course, but it was lengthened to an 18 hole layout eight years later in 1905. The course has undergone many changes throughout the years, and was subject to a large re-designing program in 1989.
COURSE Information KINGSBARNS 7133 yards Par 72 Only six miles from St Andrews the course sweeps majestically along the sea near the charming village of Kingsbarns. Designed by American, Kyle Philips, the course is one of three hosting the annual Dunhill Links Championship. Kingsbarns will also play host to the 2017 Ricoh Women s British Open. For more than half the holes, the sea is directly in the golfer s active frame of play. Spacious fairways rolling and twisting through dune ridges and hollows and large inviting greens make this the ultimate links experience. Since its opening, Kingsbarns has built up a reputation as one of the most popular links courses in Scotland. The duke s Course 7002 yards Par 71 This championship course designed by Peter Thomson, five-time Open Champion, is situated just two miles inland from St Andrews at Craigtoun Park. Opened by HRH Prince Andrew in 1995, the Duke s was designed to compliment St Andrews famous links with its natural heathland setting. With five sets of tees at each hole, The Duke s has the flexibility and challenge to appeal to every golfer. From its elevated site, the course and clubhouse both enjoy spectacular, panoramic views of the town and St Andrews Bay. Owned by the Old Course Hotel Golf Resort & Spa, the clubhouse shares the same luxurious standards as the five star resort and provides the best of Scottish hospitality.
