Answer False Utah s CWMU posting is only for big game or turkey hunting purposes (for species designated under section (b). THERE IS A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A CWMU SIGN AND A NO-TRESPASSING SIGN. CWMU signs do not prohibit one from taking a hike, looking at flowers, hunting birds, hunting elk if its in a deer CWMU, or walking the dogs.

Note all of the above pictures/signs were taken on the same CWMU somewhere in Utah. At the time of the pictures, not one CWMU sign was posted.

Todd s top 5 recommendations 1. At a minimum FOLLOW the rules! You all now know them. 2. Post the crap out of rights of ways and bordering public lands. I spray paint every 100-150 yards between signs and then some. DOCUMENT when you did it when it was completed. 3. Let law enforcement know when you have posted. They sign off on your COR, ask them to inspect a section. 4. GPS/Map where you put your signs give lawn enforcement copies of those maps/way points. 5. Document any trespass issues include dates, times, pictures, names EVERYTHING you can get. Keep a record book of these things.
