Playing Surface: The field house is essentially a large gymnasium used mainly for basketball, indoor track, etc. It has room for four 5-man fields. The floor surface itself is a type of hard rubber. It s not springy but it s easier on the legs than a wooden floor. I recommend bringing a few pairs of rubber-soled shoes (cross-trainers, etc.) to see what works best for you.
