These kits have the Spanish Army green colored finish although parts are used and furniture may have some cosmetic blemishes, but are serviceable. The parts are actually quite rugged and they had to be, as the system of firing was by delayed blowback with a bolt traveling on 2 rollers for both acceleration to forward firing and delay to extract, by compensating for pressure release. Firing rate for this rifle was between 600-750 rds per minute which made it faster than the G3 and equal to and greater than the firing rate of the AK-74! (FULL SIZE!)
