Summer Fair by the seaside! SUNDAY 10 JUNE 12.00-3.00 PM KS2 PLAYGROUND inside if raining We have a wonderful family day planned for you! Invite your family and friends! Food will be served from 12.00 so come for a BBQ lunch! Entry is free for children and 1 for adults. Bouncy Castle & Sumo Suits BBQ Food Pamper Parlour Jerk Chicken & Bagels Soak the Teacher! HELPERS REALLY NEEDED! Can you please help at the Summer Fair during one of these time slots: 9.00-11.30 set up and decorating 11.30-1.30 on a stall 1.30-3.00 on a stall 3.00 4.00 take down Ex-John Ball students welcome! Please email you preferred time slot to friendsofjohnball@hotmail.com SUMMER FAIR RAFFLE We appreciate your help in trying to sell 5 tickets at 1 each. The office has extra tickets if you can sell more! Please bring in ticket stubs with money and any unused tickets to the office in an envelope. Thanks for your help with this! The raffle will be drawn at the Fair at 2.30 pm. Winners don t have to be present. Some of our prizes include; On Blackheath festival weekend family pass, an Amazon Kindle, 50 Decathlon voucher, Beach Gift Basket, Albany Theatre family tickets, cinema and restaurant vouchers, EOS dance vouchers and a Drinks & Chocolate Hamper.

DONATIONS WANTED Donation Boxes are in the atrium until 8 June. We appreciate donations of the following items we can use on stalls at the Fair: Seaside themed items Pocket toys and toys Games and puzzles Teddies and crafts Unwanted new items for tombola TICKET BOOTH Tickets for games and activities will be sold for 10 tickets for 4 Check out the fun things on offer: Bouncy castle and sumo suits! Penalty Shootout Crazy Golf! Glitter tattoos, nail bar & hair braiding Science experiments Treasure Hunt

TREASURE HUNT We are setting up a seaside themed Treasure Hunt in Walker s Woods. It s been many years since Friends last organised a hunt so we re really excited to offer this! Everything will be planned and ready to go, we just need 2-3 adults to run it. Do you love nature? Can you please help us with this? ROCK BAND Our school Rock Band will be performing at 1.00. Many thanks to Mr. Davis for doing such a great job with the band! CHILDREN S LIMBO COMPETITION Practice the limbo! All children who participate will be entered in a random draw to win Sharkie, an inflatable pool float. Sign up at the DJ booth! DAD DANCING COMPETITION Come on dads, get ready to show your moves! Prize for the best dancer! Sign up at the DJ booth.

SCIENCE LAB EXPERIMENTS WITH SCIENTISTS! This year we ll have three scientists helping run the Science Lab with Peri, our school s science lead! Fun experiments are being planned! Come meet Penny, Celine and Benoit, all John Ball parents working as scientists. LOVE TO BAKE? BRING YOUR CAKE! Please bring nut-free cakes to the cake table at the Summer Fair. You can also drop them off at reception on Friday 8 June. Mark your container so we can get it back to you. PUPPET SHOW We re hoping to have a free puppet show for the little ones.
