With 96-2 (.750) overall record, Williams holds the highest winning percentage in program history. The Mountaineers return perhaps the best one-two tandem in the conference in Kentrell Washington and Bryan McGriff. Both versatile players stand over 6-foot-4 and can shoot from the outside. Washington is the reigning CCC Newcomer of the Year and posted 25 double-doubles last season, averaging 9. points and 2.6 boards per contest. McGriff, who sat out during the 205-6 campaign, recorded over 22 points and 9.6 rebounds en route to carding honorable mention all-conference honors his junior season. EOU also brings back Travis Meeker, a 6-foot-5 wing who came in midway through the 205-6 season. He netted 8. points per contest and pulled down.2 boards per game. While EOU returns five letterwinners, the Blue and Gold also welcomes nine newcomers to the squad - including seven junior transfers. The 206-7 roster includes four seniors, nine juniors, and three freshmen. 206-7 QUICK FACTS

Due to the abolition of the district format as a means of qualification for national championships in 99, the CCC became an NAIA affilated conference and now sanctions championship competition for men and women in basketball, cross country, golf, soccer, track & field, along with baseball for men, and softball and volleyball for women. Original members of the conference included College of Idaho, Concordia (Ore.), EOU, George Fox, Northwest Nazarene, Oregon Tech, Southern Oregon, Western Baptist (now Corban), and Western Oregon. Four original members have since left -- George Fox in 995 (now NCAA Division III), Western Oregon in 998 (now NCAA Division II), Northwest Nazarene in 2000 (now NCAA Division II) and Concordia in 205 (now NCAA D II). New members have joined the ranks of the conference - Cascade and Northwest in 997, Evergreen and Warner Pacific in 999, and Northwest Christian in the fall of 2007. In 2009, Cascade ceased to operate and exited the CCC. In 204, Walla Walla and Multnomah joined the CCC as full members with competition starting in fall of 205. NAIA legislation sponsored by the conference Council of President s was passed in 204 allowing for per-sport membership, leading to the acceptance of Carroll (m/w soccer, softball), Rocky Mountain (m/w soccer) and the Great Falls (m/w soccer, softball) as associate members. In June of 205, British Columbia became the fourth associate member in the sport of softball. Nearly a year later, British Columbia was also approved to join the CCC in baseball. EOUSPORTS.COM 4
