Saints Phillip and James Parish School 2017 Golf Outing All proceeds to benefit our Home and School Association When: Friday, September 29, 2017 Time: 9 AM Shotgun Start Please arrive by 8:30 AM Where: Honeybrook Golf Club, Honeybrook, PA Prizes Two closest to the pin holes with prizes Two long drive holes with prizes Prizes for first and second place teams Fund Raising Skee ball putting - $5 entry fee per person - essentially a 50/50 putting contest Mulligans - one for $5 or four for $15 - no more than 4 per team Pro for hire or beat the pro $10 per team Dirty ball - team buys a colored ball for $10 and returns for prize Raffle during lunch 50/50. Beer raffle at lunch. Each foursome will be responsible for donating a case of beer. Beer Raffle tickets will be sold during the lunch. $5 per ticket or $15 for five tickets Entry Fee $110.00 per golfer includes golf and cart, plus the following: * Box lunch at the turn - all golfers * Domestic beer stationed throughout the course and in the pavilion * BBQ half chicken dinner and sides immediately following your round Non-Golfer Cost - $24.90 Box Lunch - $8.95 Dinner/late lunch - $15.95 Note: all non-golfers can choose to participate in the putting contest, cash 50/50, or the beer raffle.

HELP WANTED SPIRIT DAY VOLUNTEERS!! WHEN: MONDAY, JUNE 12th TIME: 9:30 am to 11:45 WHERE: ON SCHOOL GROUNDS #1 REASON TO VOLUNTEER: YOUR CHILDREN VOLUNTEERS MUST HAVE APPROPRIATE CLEARANCES. DETAILS: Volunteers are needed to facilitate different events for Spirit Day. Volunteers will report at 9:00 am to the School Gymnasium for SET-UP INSTRUCTIONS AND STATION ASSIGNMENTS. Please note if you would like to work with a specific person, please note it at the bottom of the page. (I will do my best to accommodate.) WHAT WILL SPIRIT DAY LOOK LIKE?: 1. There will be 7 stations with 2 events at EACH station. 2. There will be TWO adult volunteers per EVENT per STATION. 3. The whole school will be divided into Green or Gold Teams 4. Teachers will remain with their class. (One teacher with the boys and one teacher with the girls.) 5. Grade levels will rotate to each station according to a time schedule. 6. Each station will be marked. Each game at each station will be letter A or B. 7. Scores will be kept at the station by the volunteer. Scoring sheets will be provided with game instructions.
