My how me flies! Region One is in the books, Region Two is just around the corner, and Youth Na onal entries are due any day. It is hard to keep up with it all! As for me, foal watch has concluded. Witch and Famous++ (Kat) gave birth early Wednesday morning to a black colt by Major Mac V. The colt is pre y much everything we would of have hoped for. Needless to say, we are pre y pleased and excited about him! Our annual BBQ is coming up on Saturday July 8th at 5:30 pm. We will be remembering long me RCAHA member, Barb DuBois. It is being catered by the same folks as last year, and I have to say that their food is delicious! Music will be provided by Bill and Ryan Melendez, and there will be raffle prizes. Cost is $15/person and drinks are $1. I've invited the members of the Sierra Empire Arabian Club to join us, so come out and enjoy delicious food, see old friends, and maybe make some new ones. October 1 will be here before we know it. The next horse show /Horses Head to Hoof commi ee mee ng will be Wednesday June 28 at 7:00 pm at Green Acres.
