Rye Country Day School After-School Clubs Spring 2019 After-School Clubs are back! Clubs provide a wonderful opportunity to get to know teachers in a different way, to learn something new, and to have fun with friends after school. The spring session of After-School Clubs will begin Monday, March 25 and will end Friday May 17. The weeks of May 20 and May 27 will then serve as a makeup week for missed clubs due to inclement weather, teacher illness, conference days, or holidays. Clubs will meet from 3:15-4:15 p.m. With the exception of Mr. Tofano s Strategy Games club that meets from 3:45-5:00. Children will be provided a snack from dismissal time until 3:15 in the LS Dining Room. The cost of snack is included in the overall price of clubs, and you do not need to send any additional money for a snack or drink. There is no bus transportation at 4:15; therefore all students should be picked up at 4:15 in the Lower School pick-up circle. After 4:00 p.m. calls regarding changes of dismissal should be made to Melissa Liebowitz via email @ Melissa_Liebowitz@ryecountryday.org.

Please do not send payments by check, as club fees will be charged to your school account. Acceptance is automatic upon registration, which will take place online from Monday February 25 at 7:00 p.m. through Friday, March 1 at 3:00 p.m. PLEASE NOTE THAT NO REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED ONCE THE DATABASE CLOSES. The link for registration is included in the e-notes from today. The fee is $200.00 per club. In addition, there may be a supplies fee (up to $20) depending upon the nature of the club. This fee will also be charged to your school account. If you have any questions, please contact: Melissa Liebowitz, Lower School Music Teacher Email: Melissa_Liebowitz@RyeCountryDay.org Below are the weeks that After-School Clubs will run this spring: March 25 April 1 April 8 April 15 (No club Friday April 19) April 22 April 29 May 6 May 13 Makeups by week: May 20 May 27
