Route option using Business 40 East from the Medical Center: Follow Business 40 East to Peters Creek Parkway and turn right at the top of the ramp. Follow Peters Creek Parkway a short distance and turn left on Broad Street. Follow Broad Street to Fifth Street and turn right. Follow Fifth Street to Main Street and turn right. Follow Main Street to Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and turn right to the Downtown Health Plaza. Route option using surface streets rather than Business 40: Exit the Medical Center and turn right on Cloverdale Avenue. Follow Cloverdale Avenue to First Street and turn right. Follow First Street until you reach Peters Creek Parkway and turn left. Follow Peters Creek Parkway a short distance and turn left on Broad Street. Follow Broad Street to Fifth Street and turn right. Take Exit 193B to northbound US 52. Follow US 52 North to Exit 108B for Research Parkway and turn left at the bottom of the exit ramp. Follow Research Parkway to Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and turn left. Follow Martin Luther King Jr. Drive less than a block and the Downtown Health Plaza will be on your left.
7 FROM KERNERSVILLE, GREENSBORO, RALEIGH Entering Winston-Salem traveling west on I-40 to the Downtown Health Plaza: Merge onto Business 40 West from I-40 West in Kernersville. Follow Business 40 to Exit 6C for Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and turn right at the top of the ramp. Follow Martin Luther King Jr. Drive to the Downtown Health Plaza. (The Downtown Health Plaza will be on the left one block after you pass under US 52.)
