Any official who has been completely registered at Level 3 or Level 4 for each of the previous three seasons and would like to obtain "TENURED" status with the USA Hockey Officiating Program. What Are The Tenured Status Requirements? Candidates for TENURED status must attend the entire Advanced Officiating Symposium. Information regarding additional requirements and benefits will be distributed at the event. Attendees will be required to check-in throughout the event, and check-out upon exiting. Failure to do so at any point during the event will prohibit receiving your TENURED status. Where Can I Stay? The Minneapolis Airport Marriott is offering a discounted group rate of $135 plus applicable taxes. Information regarding hotel reservations will be forwarded with your Symposium registration confirmation. The special Symposium rates are being offered for extended stays up to three days prior and three days after the event according to availability. The cut-off date for reservations is July 5, 2019. The Minneapolis Airport Marriott is conveniently located, just a short walk to Mall of America, less than five miles to the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport and 15 minutes from both Downtown Minneapolis and Downtown St. Paul. We offer free shuttle service to the airport and Mall of America. In addition, we are easily accessible to the Twin Cities Light Rail (via our airport shuttle or Mall of America) allowing fast and inexpensive access to both downtown Minneapolis and downtown St Paul. Light Rail stops include the VA Medical Center, US Bank Stadium, TCF Stadium, Nicollet Mall, Target Field, Target Center and other popular attractions.

Cancellation Policy Written cancellations in the form of a completed Symposium Refund Form must be received in order to confirm cancellation. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted. The Symposium Refund Form can be found at usahockey.com under Officials/Advanced Symposium. A full refund, less a $25 processing fee, will be issued for all approved refund requests received prior to July 5, 2019. Cancellations received on or after July 5, 2019, will not be refunded.
