ALPITEC AT PROWINTER 2018 A B2B Sector for Mountain Technologies The new sector at Prowinter for winter technologies such as snowmaking, slope grooming and ropeway systems but also innovative summer mountain technologies. A dynamic imformation program focuses on topics and challenges of an all-year mountain tourism and offers numerous possibilites to mingle and network with the sector s experts and key players, as well as new inspiration on what to do once the snow melts.
THE PROWINTER STARTUP VILLAGE Innovation ist Key And that goes even more for the world of mountain sports and its surrounding service industry. Therefore since 2016 Prowinter has been featuring a special space dedicated to fledging companies: the Prowinter Startup Village. From that day on, several startups have been presenting themselves at the village, in hope of developing their businesses, growing a successful network and changing the industry s future for the better.
PROWINTER LAB What s that? Prowinter Lab is a permanent observatory on the Italian market, which supported and promoted by Prowinter collects and processes data from the national rental sector. Why is there a Prowinter Lab? The rental sector is gaining importance all over Europe, but has remained largely uncharted up to this point. The collection and processing of data is the first step towards exploring it, and subsequently developing and taking the necessary steps to ensure its healthy development.
THE WORD TO OUR EXHIBITORS For us, Prowinter is certainly the most important trade show in all of Italy. [ ] Our clients spend a lot of time at our booth, often up to two hours: This proves, that they really take their time testing and looking at our products. We re satisfied with the edition of 2017 many of our existing customers, which we built up and tended to during the winter months came by our booth to conclude their orders for the coming Autumn. - Christian Thaler Wintersteiger Prowinter as a brand is the only show for us in Italy, where we were able to establish relationships with a large number of retailers. We are very satisfied with the show, mostly with the first two show days there were many retailers present and our colleagues were able to obtain numerous new contacts.
