The Lodge has been full of events for the last two months and there are more great events planned. The Brisket Dinner is a BIG event we have planned. Please try and attend and bring a friend to show them what a great place it is, a new member is always a great thing. There has been a staff change in the Social Quarters. I would like to thank Misty for her hard work and dedication. I am pleased to welcome Michael Moore as an interim Club Manager let s help him with a great, positive start. On the subject of the Social Quarters, we need to remember that there is no profanity allowed. There are House rules and etiquette in place for a reason. If you need a reminder of the House rules they are at the bar, and will be posted. As guests and officers we are NOT the boss of the bartenders. If you have an idea or issue please contact me either at the Lodge, or leave me a note. Notes can be in a sealed envelope, and left with a bartender. After I receive a message or note I will convey it to the Club Manager and House Committee at the same time. The Moose grounds need to be kept clean. If you are out enjoying the patio, please pick up after yourself. We will be open limited hours during the holiday season. Billy will be the bartender on Thanksgiving from 5-1 am, and Thom Hockney has graciously volunteered to be the bartender Christmas Day from 5-1 am. Stop by the Lodge to say Hi. New Years Eve we have a party planned with DJ Whitt. There is a $5 charge, but we would like you to bring a dish to share. Let s go forth with good thoughts, good words, and good deeds for all mankind. Brothers and Sisters, I fraternally bid you a good day!
