Before you do it switch the machine on, in case the red lamp aside of the switcher lightens, the fuse is already put in its container. Assembly Remove the machine from the box. Keep the box along with the packing materials in case the machine needs to be shipped back to MSV. 1) Place the machine on the ground. 2) Pull the telescope, take the ball basket off and reattach by pushing the ball basket on to the case knobs. - 5 -
How to position and start For best position and widest range of sweep place the machine at the center mark on the baseline, when using pressure less balls. Explanation for the Remote Control To learn more about the remote and the MSV PlayCoach you can operate the remote also at home, because the display shows where the balls shoot, when pressing the single buttons. Basics and Explanation of the remote control The remote will be switched on or out by pressing three seconds on the switch Power The opposite switch on the left side of the display Work/Pause must be pressed after the Power switch is on. The Work switch is so to say the starter for the machine. The display shows the actual speed from 20 to 140 km/h. Please press the button Speed. The lower column of figures show the intervals with which one can shoot the balls. You can change the interval with the button Frequency. The buttons Topspin and Backspin will be pressed, if you want to play the following shots with spin. Please see below graphic court 15 and 16. Button Fixed Point. There are five buttons for the Fixed Point and four buttons for the direction of the trajectories, the buttons with the arrow. 1) Fixed Point in the middle marked with a (F) This button is so to say the reset button, it is always pressed when you choose a new setting 2) Right Fixed Point, right of the (F) button 3) Left Fixed Point, left of the (F) button 4) Deep Fixed Point, above the (F) button 5) Light Fixed Point, below of the (F) button Button High Low Graphic Court 24 Press this button once and the stroke will go to the T-line to the left and when you press it the second time the stroke will go to the base line left. - 6 -
Graphic Court 25 Press the button twice: the stroke will shoot on the T-line in the middle and on the base line in the middle. Graphic Court 26 Please press the 3rd time on the same button High Low The shot goes to the T-Line right and the base line right. Horizontal Button Graphic Court 7 Press the 1st time Horizontal: there will be two shots to the T-Line, one to the left and one to the right. Graphic 8 press the 2nd time Horizontal: there will be two shots to the base line, one to the left and one to the right. Graphic Court 11 press the 3rd time Horizontal: there will be three shots: to the T-Line left, middle, and right. Graphic Court 12 please press the 4th time Horizontal: there will be three shots: to the base line, left, middle and right. Graphic Court 14 When you want to train volley, then press Horizontal and the speed 50 or 70 Km/h. Button Random Graphic Court 13 If you press this button the machine will shoot according to the principal random, until you stop it with the Button Random /Pause Button Cross Graphic Court 21 When you press the first time Cross: there will be two shots: one on the T- Line right and the second on the base line left. Graphic Court 18 please press the 2nd time the button Cross: there will be two shots on the base line left and a second one on the base line in the middle. Graphics Court 20 Press the 3rd time Cross: there will be two shots: one on the T-line in the middle and one on the base line middle. Graphic Court 22 Press the 4th time Cross: there will be two shots: one on the T-Line right and the other one on the base line middle. Graphic Court 1 Deep Ball Training, we would say base line training, Please press (F) and Deep Fixed Graphic Court 2 Please press the Right Fixed Point for the direction and Deep Fixed Point for the base line. Graphic Court 3 Please press Left Fixed Point and Deep Fixed Point to shoot on the base line left. Graphic 4 Please press Middle Fixed Point, shot goes to the T-Line, press (F) and button Light Fixed Point and Light Fixed Point for the T-Line. Graphic 15 to produce a spin one throwing wheel must turn faster and the other one slower. The figures show the lower line in the display. The remote shows the speed of the wheels. The figures mean for a topspin 70/90 60/100 50/110 40/120 30/130 20/140 speed. You can increase the spin or slow it down. Graphic Court 16 the figures mean for the backspin e.g. the lower wheel has a speed of 90 Km/h and the upper wheel 70Km/h. Maintenance and Cleaning The throwing wheels should be cleaned all 100 hours. Take a sandpaper and grind from rim to rim cross. The throwing wheel must feel rough after they are grinded. Please don t use air pressure to clean inside. Important advice for Lithium Battery A self-discharge of 3% per month happens at room temperature of 21%. After you have totally charged the battery the capacity is four hours of playing.
