SHPFA Spring Fling Fundraising Event Grade Level Theme Baskets Dear Parents, Food, Spirits, Music, Dancing and Auction Thursday, May 12, 2011 7:00 11:00pm at Brigalias Ballroom The Signal Hill Parent Faculty Association will be sponsoring its annual Spring Fling Fundraising Event. We are excited to announce that it will be a fun evening with wonderful food, spirits, music, dancing and extraordinary auction prizes. The event will be at Brigalias Ballroom in Sicklerville - near Dambly s Garden Center. As previous years we will be including the Grade Level Theme Baskets (Pre-K to 5th) as part of our auction offerings. Here is an explanation for those of you who are new to the school: Each grade level is assigned to a theme for their basket. We ask each family to participate by donating an item for the basket in keeping with the assigned theme. Our committee collects these items and assembles them into an attractive basket, which is then auctioned off. These baskets are very popular and sought after! Your grade level theme, along with a list of suggested items, is on the back of this page. We would appreciate you making a contribution by sending an item to the school with your child now through May 10th. We also encourage you to partner up with other parents in your child s grade level by donating a small dollar amount that will be joined together with others in the grade to purchase larger items or gift cards for the basket. Thank you in advance for your contribution! Thanks for your support! Nancy Melara SHPFA Chairperson for Classroom Baskets email: melara99@comcast.net
