START YOUR ENGINES: Brooklyn ranks second in the league with 28 stolen bases, trailing only Tri-City (30)...Cyclones OF Jose Medina leads the team and the league with 13 steals, four more than anyone other player in the NYPL...The franchise record for steals in a season is 30, set by OF Angel Pagan in 2001. POWER SURGE: Cyclones pitchers have allowed 20 home runs this season, tops in the NYPL...No other team has allowed more than 13 HR (Batavia).
