THE EVENT Over the last 5 years, the National Capital Charity Classic has quickly become one of Ottawa s most anticipated annual golf tournaments. Each year, the tournament sells out well almost two months early. Our 144 golfers will once again get to compete against local professional athletes, entertainers and media personalities in an attempt to win the National Capital Cup. Athletes such as Cody Ceci, Jean-Gabriel Pageau, Mark Stone, Marc Methot, Kyle Turris, Zack Smith, Wendel Clark, Clarke MacArthur, Chris Wideman, Erica Gryba, Alan Quine, Patrick Weircoich, and Kira Isabella have all participated in this annual event. After golf, our participants will enjoy a delicious meal and an exciting auction with prizing including rare sports memorabilia and once in a lifetime travel and sports opportunities.
