The members present had a GREAT time getting together and visiting. Dinner on Sunday evening was a mouth-watering bar-b-que meal supplied and cooked by Tommy Watters of RV Insurance Solutions, LLC. Tommy did all of the preparation of the meal on his special NEW smoker/bar-b-que trailer under the close & constant supervision of Kristi who provided excellent consulting services to Tommy as to how he should handle the cooking operation. Monday, October 14th morning activities began with breakfast followed by the Board meeting and a crafts session. In the crafts session Deborah Souter showed participants how to make pumpkin decorations using wine corks.. 1

At 2:30pm all enjoyed an ice cream social with a special treat of Blue Bell pumpkin spice ice cream. Everyone enjoyed the good ice cream and visiting despite all of the rain. At 5pm we enjoyed a nice relaxed cocktail party with fellow members serving as bar tenders. At 6pm we enjoyed a lovely catered dinner for all members. After dinner we played bingo for CASH prizes!! places to see & visit, as well as tips & tricks all had learned through their experiences. At noon the ladies had a luncheon at the Hidden Gardens tea room and all enjoyed the meal as well as looking at all of the antiques & plants in the greenhouses. The men all gathered up and had a group lunch at Walk-Ons Sports Bar and enjoyed lunch while watching various sports activities on the many televisions. After the bingo games all were introduced to a new game LCR (Left, Center, Right) and a number of tables played this game until there was one big winner of the cash in the center of the table. Tuesday morning started off with a catered breakfast and the golfers were up early in hopes that the rain would stop and they could play their tournament. However, the rains continued and the course was closed. So, the golf game was delayed until Wednesday in hopes of better weather. After another nice cocktail hour the group enjoyed a catered dinner. After dinner everyone was entertained by a performance by Scotty G a local performer that sang and played a wide variety of music. Scotty G s performance was thoroughly enjoyed by all in attendance. After Scotty G s performance there was a drawing for many nice door prizes for those in attendance. Wednesday, October 17th started off with catered breakfast and coffee. After breakfast members sat around and discussed many varied topics concerning motorhome travel, At 1:30pm all gathered at the Kiepersol Distillery for a tour of the distillery & winery facilities at Kiepersol Estates. We were fortunate in that the owner, Marnelle Durette, took time to be our tour guide. All in attendance enjoyed the tour and the detailed information provided by Marnelle. Following the tour all were provided with wine tasting and samples of the bourbon, vodka & rum produced by Kiepersol Estates. At 5pm we enjoyed a nice social hour and cocktail party that was followed by a catered dinner. Following dinner the group was entertained by former Sheriff J.B. Smith. After the entertainment more door prizes and donated gifts were passed out to members. On Thursday, October 26th, all enjoyed breakfast and the General Business meeting after which the rally adjourned until we meet again in Mineola. Our upcoming rallies for 2019: Mineola 3/24/2019 Kansas City, MO. 9/8-12/2019 Montgomery, TX KOA 11/3-7/2019. The following pictures are candid shots taken during the rally. 2
