ELIGIBILITY A) Any member of recognized Woodball Association / Club is eligible to participate in 13 th Malaysia Woodball International Open Championship and 1 st Malaysia A.P CENTURY Age-Group (60 & above) CHALLENGE TROPHY Woodball Invitation Championship. 4. SCORE & RESULTS A) All scores shall be recorded in a prescribed competition score sheet issued upon flight registration. B) Player in the same flight is required to record each other s score following the guidelines issued. C) Upon completion of each signed score sheet must be submitted to the secretariat counter. D) Linesmen will be provided to each fairway. E) In the event of tie score, it is based on the last 12 gates played and whoever scores the lesser strokes by the number of fairways shall be the winner. F) Maximum cut off strokes per gate: Par 3: 9 strokes Par 4: 12 strokes Par 5: 15 strokes. 5. TEE OFF TIME & FLIGHT SCHEDULE REGULATIONS. All players must register themselves at the registration counter. All players must check their Flight schedule playing time and arrive 15 minutes before tee-off and shall assemble at their designated starting area 5 minutes before tee-off time. Final schedule shall be displayed on notice boards. Failure to do so may result in disqualification or maximum strokes application for gates not played. 6. GENERAL RULES & REGULATIONS A) It is compulsory for all players, participants & registered visitors to wear the issued Identification tags. B) The 2006 IWbF enacted Woodball Rules and regulations shall be applied unless specified by Malaysia Woodball Association. C) Gate in One Awards is open to all gates. If more than one achievers to be shared equally. D) Local Woodball Course rules if any shall be announced during the team leaders briefing session.
E) Compulsory for Team Managers / Captains to attend the official team leaders briefing session. F) Woodball Equipment used during competition must conform to IWbF specifications. Only Certified Hui King Brand is allowed to use. Painted color ball or Metal Clip attached to mallet rubber cap is not allowed G) Player is allowed to change his/her club freely during the competition but the ball is allowed to change before tee-off only with the knowledge of players in the same flight. H) Proper attire T-shirt with collar, smart short or long pant and sport shoes must be complied. I) Smoking and used of Hand phone are strictly prohibited while playing. J) Non player is not allowed to enter the fairway and coaching is strictly not allowed. Players in the same flight have the right to stop any such act. K) Competition score cards must be signed and submitted by the respective players after completion of each 24 gates. L) When the progress of playing is suspended due to unforeseen valid reasons, score shall be taken at the last completed gates played. If situation is allowed to resume playing after suspension and announcement is made by the Tournament Director or OC, all players shall play from the last tee-off gate. M) Due to suspension of play where all or some players did not get to complete 48 gates within the 2 days, the 24 gates score that all players completed will be used to determine the competition results. N) Tournament Referee decision shall be final based on the following findings: Linesman statement, Score marking clarification and Interpretation of Rules. O) Any dispute or appeal must be submitted officially in writing with arbitration fee of USD 100.00 to the registration counter within one (1) hour after the end of competition played. The decision of the appointed tournament judge committee shall be final. 7) PERSONAL SAFETY INSURANCE Personal Health, any form of injury and lost of personal belonging shall be at own risk. The organizer is not liable for any untoward incidents. However, we will assist whatever we can.
