Shorts lane is on right at the bottom on the hill. Plenty of car parking. Catering on site Show rules and regulations to exhibitors and exhibits. Insurance All exhibitors/competitors must hold their own public liability insurance. Health and safety while attending shows Exhibitors must agree to comply with such provisions of the Health and Safety Act at work act 1974 and subordinate legislation as may apply to the show. All injuries must be reported to the secretary. All competitors enter entirely at their own risk. Entries All entries must be signed and received together with the correct entry fees to the show secretary on or before the date fixed for close of entries. The committee reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions in the schedules. All stallions and colts are welcome BUT must have liability insurance also MUST be handled/ridden by a responsible adult at all times & correctly bitted. Schedules. The committee shall approve and issue all show schedules, Judges and prizes in respect of all sections and these will be the basis of the contract between exhibitors and committee. Judging Arrangements 1. Judges decision is final. 2. Any objections to be lodged within 15 minutes of class finishing with a fee of 20, if objection upheld the objection fee will be returned. 3. Hard hats to current BSI standard with chin strap must be worn in all ridden classes and in-hand classes by handlers 16 years or under. Hard hats must be worn while mounted on the show ground. 4. Stallions will be allowed but must be handled by appropriate person in line with current PUK rules. 5. No animal under 4yr old to compete in ridden classes. 6. no whips to exceed 45 cms. 7. Cruelty and anti-social behaviour will not to be tolerated we reserve the right to ask any such person to leave the grounds. 8. The organizers reserve the right to combine appropriate classes or cancel classes if entry does not exceed 3 riders. 9. No refunds for entry fees will be allowed. No cheques please. 10.
