TECHNICAL CONDITIONS Competition arena: 33 x 70 m sand/textile Warm-up arena: 25 x 45 m sand/textile II. COMPETITION INFORMATION 1. MAIN RULES One horse can have 2 starts per day. If two riders are competiting with same horse in different championship classes they must mark which one of them is participating in the qualifiers.

If a rider has three or more horses in the same championship class he must pick two for qualifiers. Jumping without record is allowed in all classes except finals. Same rider can compete and qualify in different championship classes with different horses if it is not against class rules. If a rider is jumping in two classes with the same horse he must pick a class which he wants to qualify in. In finals foreign riders only compete for competition prizes and prize money. Champion title can only be received by Lithuanian rider. Horses that are participating with qualification should stay at the competition venue. 2. PRIZE GIVING CEREMONY In each competition 5 riders are invited to prize giving ceremony. Winner receives a cup, all 5 horses ribbons. Prize money is given for 5 places (except class nr. 9). In classes after which Champion is announced, the Champion is invited as well. Champion in each class receives a cup, his horse ribbon and a blanket 3. VETERINARY REQUIREMENTS Horses should have ordered national or valid international passports. Flu vaccination should be valid in accordance with Lithuanian veterinarian requirements (according to manufacturer requirements, once a year). Blood test according Lithuanian State food and veterinary Service requirements, horse blood should be tested against 3 diseases (Equine infectious anemia, Dourine, Glanders) once per year. 4. LICENSES Lithuanian riders and their horses must be registered with Lithuanian Equestrian Federation. 5. VET-CHECK All horses participating in competition must go through Vet-Check (passports will be checked by vet). All horses while in competition area must wear horse number all the time when out of the box. Horse numbers will be assigned in the Show Office. 6. RESPONSIBILITY The Organizing Committee and the commissioners will not accept any type of responsibility for material or physical damage, accident or illness witch may occur to owners, competitors or grooms, in any circumstance within or out of the competition grounds before, during or after competition. Damage to horses, coaches, saddler, stable attachment and other property (including stealing and loss) will not fall under responsibility of the Organizing Committee. We recommend that the insurance would be seeked individually. 7. INSURANCE All owners and competitors are personally responsible for damages to third persons caused by themselves, their employees, their agents or their horses. They are therefore strongly advised to take out third-party insurance providing full coverage for participation in equestrian events in-country and abroad, and keep the policy up to date. III. ENTRIES AND BOXES 1. ENTRIES AND DATES Entries should be sent through the ZawodyKonne entry system until 17th of June. (it will be available from 21st of May). CHAMPIONSHIP CATEGORIES 4, 5, 6 YO HORSES open for 4, 5 & 6 years old horses AMATEUR I, II GROUPS Open for riders from beginning of the calendar year in which he reaches the age of 12. PONY CLASS from the beginning of the calendar year in which he reaches the age of 12 until the end of the calendar year in which he reaches the age of 16 (during the calendar year rider does not turn 17). Younger riders might compete in class with permission of OC. CHILDREN from the beginning of the calendar year in which he reaches the age of 12 until the end of the calendar year in which he reaches the age of 14 (during the calendar year rider does not turn 15). Younger riders might compete in class with permission of OC. JUNIORS I from the beginning of the calendar year in which he reaches the age of 12 until the end of the calendar year in which he reaches the age of 16 (during the calendar year rider does not turn 17). Younger riders might compete in class with permission of OC. JUNIORS II from the beginning of the calendar year in which he reaches the age of 14 until the end of the calendar year in which he reaches the age of 18 (during the calendar year rider does not turn 19). Younger riders might compete in class with permission of OC. YOUNG RIDERS from the beginning of the calendar year in which he reaches the age of 19 until the end of the calendar year in which he reaches the age of 21 (during the calendar year rider does not turn 22). Younger riders might compete in class with permission of OC. RIDERS RIDING ADULT HORSES open for all riders with 7 y/o and older horses 2. CHAMPIONSHIP RULES 2.1-4 YEARS OLD HORSES 2A FINALS: 11A PARTICIPANTS IN THE FINALS: All duets who completed class 2A (including foreign riders) QUALIFICATION REQ.: All duets who completed 2A class can participate in the finals. Riders who in class 2A experienced elimination, disqualification, did not participate or retired can compete for class 6A prizes. However, they loose rights to become champion. MAX HORSES FOR 2 STARLISTS: In reverse from worst to best result. Winner of 6A. In case foreign rider wins this competition, he/she takes prizes in kind and prize money. Champion title and cup goes to Lithuanian rider with best result. 2.2-5 AND 6 YEARS OLD HORSES: FINALS: PARTICIPANTS IN THE FINALS: 2B, 8A (2C, 8B for 6 yo) 16A (16B for 6 yo) 70% duets with best results (including foreign riders). Number of participants in the finals is rounded for the benefit of the participant. For example in class there was 43 participants, which means 70% = 43*0.7 = 30.1 in total 31 duets qualify for finals. In case somebody refuses to participate in the finals, his/her place is given to next duet in the list.
