HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION Not classified as a Dangerous Good under NZS 5433:2007 Transport of Dangerous Goods on Land. Classified as hazardous according to criteria in the HS (Minimum Degrees of Hazard) Regulations 2001. Subclasses: Subclass 6.3 Category B - Substances that are mildly irritating to the skin. Subclass 6.4 Category A - Substances that are irritating to the eye. Cleaning Products (Subsidiary Hazard) Group Standard 2006 Hazard and Precautionary Information: Warning. Causes mild skin irritation. Causes eye irritation. Keep out of reach of children. Read label before use. Read Safety Data Sheet before use. Wash hands thoroughly after handling. Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection. If skin irritation occurs: Get medical advice/attention. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice/attention. In case of a substance that is in compliance with a HSNO approval other than a Part 6A (Group Standards) approval, a label must provide a description of one or more appropriate and achievable methods for the disposal of a substance in accordance with the Hazardous Substances (Disposal) Regulations 2001. This may also include any method of disposal that must be avoided. 3. COMPOSITION/INFORMATION ON INGREDIENTS Components CAS Number Proportion Risk Phrases Water 7732-18-5 >60% - Ammonia, aqueous solution 1336-21-6 <1% R34 R37 R41 R50 Morpholine 110-91-8 <1% R10, R20/21/22, R34, R41 Propylene glycol 57-55-6 <1% - Ingredients determined not to be hazardous - to 100% - 4. FIRST AID MEASURES Page 1 of 6

Inhalation: Remove victim from area of exposure - avoid becoming a casualty. Seek medical advice if effects persist. Skin Contact: If skin contact occurs, remove contaminated clothing and wash skin with running water. If irritation occurs seek medical advice. Eye Contact: If in eyes, wash out immediately with water. In all cases of eye contamination it is a sensible precaution to seek medical advice. Ingestion: Rinse mouth with water. If swallowed, give a glass of water to drink. If vomiting occurs give further water. Seek medical advice. Medical attention and special treatment: Treat symptomatically. 5. FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES Hazards from combustion products: Non-combustible material. Decomposes on heating emitting toxic fumes. Precautions for fire fighters and special protective equipment: Fire fighters to wear self-contained breathing apparatus and suitable protective clothing if risk of exposure to products of decomposition. Suitable Extinguishing Media: Not combustible, however, if material is involved in a fire use: Media applicable to surrounding fire. 6. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES Emergency procedures: If contamination of sewers or waterways has occurred advise local emergency services. Methods and materials for containment and clean up: SMALL SPILLS: Avoid skin and eye contact. Wipe up with rag or absorbent paper. LARGE SPILLS: Slippery when spilt. Avoid accidents, clean up immediately. Wear protective equipment to prevent skin and eye contact. Contain - prevent run off into drains and waterways. Use absorbent (soil, sand or other inert material). Collect and seal in properly labelled containers or drums for disposal. Wash area down with excess water. 7. HANDLING AND STORAGE Precautions for safe handling: Keep out of reach of children. Avoid eye contact and repeated or prolonged skin contact. Conditions for safe storage: Store in cool place and out of direct sunlight. Store away from incompatible materials described in Section 10. Protect from freezing. Keep containers closed when not in use - check regularly for leaks. 8. EXPOSURE CONTROLS/PERSONAL PROTECTION Page 2 of 6

Occupational Exposure Limits: No value assigned for this specific material by the New Zealand Occupational Safety and Health Service (OSH). However, Workplace Exposure Standard(s) for constituent(s): Ammonia: WES-TWA 25 ppm, 17 mg/m 3 ; WES-STEL 35 ppm, 24 mg/m 3 Morpholine: WES-TWA 20 ppm; 71 mg/m 3, skin Propane-1,2-diol (propylene glycol) (vapour & particulates): WES-TWA 150 ppm, 474 mg/m 3 ; (particulates only): WES- TWA 10 mg/m 3. As published by the New Zealand Occupational Safety and Health Service (OSH). No Exposure Standards assigned to other constituents. WES - TWA (Workplace Exposure Standard - Time Weighted Average) - The eight-hour, time-weighted average exposure standard is designed to protect the worker from the effects of long-term exposure. WES - STEL (Workplace Exposure Standard - Short Term Exposure Limits) - The 15 minute average exposure standard. Applies to any 15 minute period in the working day and is designed to protect the worker against adverse effects of irritation, chronic or irreversible tissue change, or narcosis that may increase the likelihood of accidents. The WES-STEL is not an alternative to the WES-TWA; both short-term and eight-hour, time-weighted average exposures should be determined. `Sk' Notice - absorption through the skin may be a significant source of exposure. The exposure standard is invalidated if such contact should occur. These Exposure Standards are guides to be used in the control of occupational health hazards. All atmospheric contamination should be kept to as low a level as is workable. These exposure standards should not be used as fine dividing lines between safe and dangerous concentrations of chemicals. They are not a measure of relative toxicity. Engineering controls: Ensure ventilation is adequate and that air concentrations of components are controlled below quoted Exposure Standards. Use in well ventilated areas. Keep containers closed when not in use. Personal Protective Equipment: The selection of PPE is dependant on a detailed risk assessment. The risk assessment should consider the work situation, the physical form of the chemical, the handling methods, and environmental factors. Selleys Factory Safe Handling Code: Green MANUFACTURE, PACKAGING AND TRANSPORT: Green - Wear overalls (or 'issued' long pants and long sleeve tops), safety boots, gloves and safety glasses. Always wash hands before smoking, eating, drinking or using the toilet. FOR CONSUMER USE: Avoid contact with eyes and skin and breathing in spray mist. Wash hands after use. Rubber gloves are recommended if handling often. 9. PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PROPERTIES Page 3 of 6
