The scoring system used is a simple 0 to 5 scale and is included as an initial indicative score. Sports Hall program ming- Bristol wide School halls access- Bristol wide Availability for specific would be improved by a more strategic approach to programming and co-ordination between venues. Badminton England states an overall shortage of courts in Bristol with the majority of clubs playing in school premises, not all of which meet requirements for wall/ceiling colour, court separation and run-offs. Additional supply needed to meet projected growth in the population to 2026. Bringing existing halls on school sites into more community use may be sufficient but this will need to be kept under review.
