May 19, 2015 CONGRATULATIONS!!! Your team has qualified to participate in the 2015 ASA/USA 18 & Under Girls Class B Fastpitch National Championship in Sioux Falls, SD. Sioux Falls People for Youth is proud to be hosting this great tournament the week of. We look forward to having your players, coaches, parents and fans as distinguished guests in our community. Enclosed please find several documents pertaining to your participation in this tournament. Please make note of the deadlines for each of the following. 1). ASA/USA Tournament Entry Form. Please obtain this form from your Commissioner. This form must be completed and returned to the tournament director at the address shown below, along with your entry fee of $450.00 (made payable to Sioux Falls People for Youth). This form must be signed by your State Commissioner or his/her designee. The deadline for this form and entry fee is July 23, 2015. 2). Official ASA/USA Championship Roster. Please obtain this form from your Commissioner. Please complete this form and return to the tournament director as well. This form must be signed by your State Commissioner or his/her designee. The deadline for this form is July 23, 2015. 3). ACE Certified Coach. An ACE Certified Coach is required to be with the team during the tournament. Certification must be provided at time of team check-in, per ASA code. All other dugout personnel must provide proof of background check. We host a national qualifier tournament each year, as well as the International Ringneck Tournament. The Ringneck Tournament is one of the largest tournaments held in the Midwest, with 132 teams participating from SD, NE, MN, IA, CO, WI and Canada. General Information Awards Team trophies shall be presented to the top teams. Individual awards shall be presented to players on the top 2 placing teams. Official Balls Baden 2A312FLY 12. Uniforms Players Passes Coaches Passes All players and coaches must comply with the ASA uniform code. Passes will be distributed to all eligible players. All players must present their player s pass to enter the tournament. Three coaches passes will be given to each team. Admission Adult tournament pass $20 Adult daily pass $8 Seniors (60 & Over) Pass $12 Seniors (60 & Over) Daily $5 Youth (11-18) Pass $12 Youth (11-18) Daily $5 Youth (10 & under) FREE Rules and Regulations All playing rules and regulations will be governed by the 2015 ASA/USA Softball Official Guide and Rule Book and the 2015 ASA Code. Coaches Team Dugouts Coin Toss Official Lineups One Ace Certified Coach in dugout and all other dugout personnel must prove verification of background check at check-in time. The team listed on the top bracket shall occupy the third base dugout. Exception: a team playing back to back on the same field will stay in the same dugout. TBA by the UIC Official line-ups are due at the time of coin toss. 7

Thursday, July 30, 2015 at 7:30 at the conclusion of Pool play on Diamond A. Pizza will be provided for players and coaches. Will be given out at team check-in. It is mandatory they be turned in prior to the start of double elimination tournament play. 8
