Looking back, I have learned so much about the workings of MCC, things I had no idea about. I want to thank the people who I have worked with and who were patient with me. The support I have received and the kind words mean a lot to me. Thank you all! Without seeing December s ending numbers, we are so close to budget. Again, October was tough on us but we bounced back a little in November. Thanks to the members who supported their club and to the staff for helping us get closer. I am excited to see what the year will bring for the club as we continue to improve and update things in all areas. I wish everyone a very Happy 2019. It s going to be a great one. Each crew member from our Agronomy Dept. and I want to say a special thanks to each and every MCC member for our Christmas Bonuses, we are very grateful and know we are truly blessed. Thank you to all! Also a great big thanks to Todd and Stephanie Krauser, along with Eddie and Amanda Craven, Mr. Bill Wallace and staff and to our President, Mr. Brad Fredrickson for an awesome employee Christmas party. You each went above and beyond during the busiest time of the year to really make us all feel 3291 special. Thank you all! A special thanks to the MCC Board of Directors for another outstanding year of help and support, what a great team. I want to personally thank Mr. Phil Farrell, Mr. Larry Aistrup and Mrs. Janie McNeil for all their support, time, dedication and encouragement shown while they were on the board and our now ending their terms. Thank you all. Great things in 2019. While most guys are on vacation, we are still busy managing dead tree removal, chipping, and splitting. Several small projects will be announced starting the first of year. Happy New Year to all, Have a wonderful 2019. Please don t forget to repair ball marks and sand your divots. Also thank you for honoring our winter cart path rules, please be aware of oncoming golfers and park to the side when walking to the ball to allow carts to go around without having to drive and rut up the roughs. Special thanks to all members who donated to the employee Christmas bonus fund. We are excited about moving ahead and having a productive and prosperous 2019! Please note that the Club is closed New Year s Day and the Mixed Grill will be closed January 2nd 4th for annual inventory, a few repairs and heavy cleaning. The golf course will be open and the men s locker room will be serving a limited menu of hot dogs and soup. The Mixed Grill will 2586 re-open on the 5 th for full service. Thank you for your cooperation. REMINDER The Club will be closed on New Year s Day Monday, January 1st. Free Steak Dinner Somewhere hidden in the newsletter are four Member s club numbers. If you have not been a member in the past, consider getting involved and playing golf with women who love the sport and like to have a good time. Not only do we enjoy playing golf but enjoy working together on different projects around the Club. Sometimes in concert with Lance and his needs on the course, or with the MGA, or the club house or the ladies locker room or a charity. We work together when we find a need. Please see me or one of our members if you are 2702 interest in joining us. MWGA ladies get together for lunch on Wednesdays at 11:30 when golf is not permitted due to the weather. This will eliminate the need to sign up. Any MCC member that does not want to be a MGA member in 2019 can simply notify the accounting office and the charge will be removed. Your $30.00 annual dues gets you an instant holein-one bonus of $200 cash (when you make a hole-in-one at Maumelle CC), an immediate $10 Pro Shop credit and $20 goes toward MGA projects at our club.
