CRYC May 2015 Dedicated to bringing ENJOYMENT to all aspects of boating. Commodore s Report May 2015 Hello to all, we made it though the Gorge Harbour weekend. Overall I think it was a huge success. A couple of snags but things can change. All the events worked out well, thanks again to Margaret & Anna. One highlight of the Gorge weekend was the sail past on Sunday. It was a great show with 10 boats for all to see. Also, Wade did a stellar job on a number of boats with mast & rigging tasks. There will be no general meeting in May; the next general meeting will be the June BBQ Night on the 20th. One thing that is being looked into is the club insurance question. Once we get a solution, I will forward the information to the membership. Finally, one of the many things I enjoy about the club is the monthly luncheons. I encourage all members to try to attend, there are always great conversations. Respectfully, Dan Swain 1
