Greetings Playmakers, We understand that many of you had various follow-up questions after attending the Super Bowl 50 training session hosted by S.A.F.E. Management. We compiled a list of all of your questions and provided this FAQ sheet for your reference. Questions that we received were broken into four major categories: Avaya Questions, Uniform, Game Day, and End of Shift. It is important that you read this document entirely. Please note that we may not have all of the answers to your questions at this time but we will continue to provide you with the most up-to-date information on ABI and Jam. On Super Bowl Sunday, additional information will be provided during your respective team briefings. We look forward to seeing all of you on Sunday. Avaya Questions: SUPER BOWL 50 FAQ Sheet What time will the employee shuttle service start at Avaya Stadium? The shuttles service will begin on Sunday at 3am through Monday at 11am. The shuttle service will be running frequently throughout the timeframe. Can I take VTA instead of parking at Avaya? We strongly encourage the use of the shuttle service from Avaya. The shuttle service from Avaya will provide priority access to the employee check-in. Tickets for VTA will be limited and available for pre-purchase only. These tickets are available for purchase via the EventTIK app for $20. Visit their website for additional information. How much time should we allow ourselves to arrive at check-in from Avaya Stadium? We recommend that you allow at least 30 minutes from the moment you park at Avaya to be dropped off at the employee check-in. Shuttles will be running around the clock. Do we need a parking pass for Avaya? No parking pass is required. Please make sure you have your Levi s Stadium ID Badge and your yellow teammate card that S.A.F.E. Management issued at training. What if we are getting dropped off?
We still encourage you to get dropped off at Avaya Stadium so that you have access to the employee shuttles. These shuttles will be the most preferred method of transportation to the employee check-in. Due to the heightened security, access by foot from the outside perimeter will be difficult. Will these shuttles accommodate game day employees with wheelchairs? Yes, these shuttles will accommodate those who may need additional assistance. There will be staff to assist and supervise access to these shuttles. Uniform Questions: The uniform that was provided by S.A.F.E. Management does not fit, what do I do? There will be a station for uniform exchange when you check-in. Exchanges will be made for those who have the greatest need. Due to the limited supply of available uniforms, not all requests will be accommodated. I was not provided a uniform at the Super Bowl 50 training, what do I do? Please visit the uniform station at the check-in area and you will receive the remaining items for your uniform. What is the uniform requirement for game day? Identification: Please bring the following forms of identification with you. o Yellow teammate issued by S.A.F.E Management Not required to be worn during your shift. o Levi s Stadium Employee ID Badge o Government Issued Photo ID (i.e. Drivers license) o Game Day Credential this will be issued to you at the employee and must be worn at all times. Shirt: S.A.F.E. issued polo Jacket: S.A.F.E issued jacket Pants: Please wear the black pants that were issued to you for Levi s Stadium events. o Levi s 501 team, please wear your Levi s 501 jeans. o Premium teams, please wear your black dress pants. o NiNerds, please wear your black N/D Levi s.
Shoes: Solid black shoes. Please make sure these are comfortable and cover your entire foot. o If you work with a premium team, we encourage you to wear solid black comfortable shoes that cover your entire foot. You are not required to wear polish-able leather dress shoes. Please remember your shoes should not display any visible logos. Lapel Pins: You may wear the pin issued to you by S.A.F.E Management at training in addition to the Super Bowl 50 pin that was issued by Levi s Stadium Management. o If you did not receive a Super Bowl teammate lapel pin at training this be available at check-in? o No other pins should be worm on your uniform. These include the SCORE pin and pins issued to specific premium teams (i.e. Pepsi, Levi s, Yahoo!, United, BNY, etc) o This pin should be worn on the right lapel of your jacket or polo. This is the opposite side of the logo currently located on your jacket and polo. Undergarments: Please dress in layers. Any visible undershirt should be white. Cold Weather Gear: Gloves and scarves are permitted. They should be solid black with no logos. Ponchos: Your Supervisor will be equipped with Nametags: Your Super Bowl 50 name tag will be provided to you at check-in along with your game day credential. Please leave your Levi s Stadium name tag at home. Hats: A Super Bowl 50 hat will be issued to you during the check-in process. Please leave your Levi s Stadium hats at home. The Playmaker Uniform Room: will be open on game day but will have limited function (i.e. no SCORE store, limited exchanges) I was not provided a yellow teammate card from SAFE Training, what should I do? Please contact the Playmaker Hotline immediately (playmakers@levisstadium.com ) If I was not provided a yellow teammate card from S.A.F.E. Management at training, when will I receive my card? You will receive your card when you check-in. Please make sure you bring your Levi s Stadium ID Badge and a government issued photo ID to receive your yellow TEAM card and game day credential. Game Day Questions: Is the time listed on my ABI schedule my briefing time or my clock in time?
The time listed in ABI is your check in time. This is the time you should arrive at the employee check-in located at Yellow 1. Please do not arrive at the Yellow 1 check-in too early. You will not have space to congregate while waiting to check-in. Where do I go to check in? After your shuttle arrives, follow the signage for the SAFE check-in area this is the area where you will clock in and receive your game day credential. Any additional instruction will be provided throughout the check-in process. What time is my briefing? All briefings will be held at 10AM. You should report to your normal briefing locations unless notified otherwise. What is the employee bag policy? We strongly encourage all staff not to bring anything you cannot fit in your pockets. There will be an extensive security process and the less you have, the less time it will take. Locker space is extremely limited. What time is my briefing? All briefings will be held at 10AM. You should report to your normal briefing locations unless notified otherwise. Remember you will not be allowed to access the stadium prior to your check-in. Where do we meet our supervisors? Once you finish checking in, please meet your supervisor at your usual briefing location unless otherwise notified. There is no early access to the stadium. As mentioned during the Super Bowl 50 training, you should not arrive earlier than your call time for check-in at Yellow 1. Will we have access to the Playmaker Break Room? The main Playmaker Break Room will not be available to our staff. You can access the Playmaker Locker Room throughout the 100 service level door. What restrooms will be available to our staff if we do not have access to the Playmaker Break Room? Public restrooms at the stadium will be accessible to the staff? Will our game day position change compared to a San Francisco 49ers home game?
All concourse and premium area teams will be in their usual game day locations. There will be changes to the gate team deployment. You will be notified of these changes during your briefing. Even if you are in the same location on game day please be prepared to take on new roles and responsibilities. We thank you in advance for your flexibility and cooperation. Will there be smoking areas for guests and staff? All smoking areas are still being determined at this time. You will be provided an update during your team briefing. Where will I be able to take my break? S1 and Playmaker Break Rooms are not available. The breaks rooms available are: the Suite Tower Atrium (200 level), Upper Concourse (700 level), the breakroom near the BNY West Club, and limited space inside of the Playmaker Locker Room. What is the available food service? You will be provided a meal voucher that you can redeem at concession stands throughout the stadium. We will not have a Playmaker Meal service for purchase at any of the break areas. Are we allowed to purchase Super Bowl 50 merchandise during our breaks? You are not allowed to purchase merchandise items during your breaks. Are we allowed to exit the secured perimeter and reenter? There is no reentry for staff. Once you enter the secured perimeter you may not leave and reenter. End of Shift Where do I check out? At the end of your shift you must leave the stadium the exact way you entered. Proceed to Yellow 1 to check out. Please take the shuttle bus to the same location that you started.
