Joe s Rant If the barmaid cuts a member off because he has had too much to drink don t take it out on them, they are doing their job, and it is a State Law not to serve a person who is intoxicated. If you have a problem with this talk to the House Committee. Don t cuss or argue with the barmaid. If the barmaid cuts you off you may stay and drink pop or water. If you give the barmaid a hard time you will be asked to leave. This is a Fraternity. We are Family. We don t want you to get hurt, or hurt someone else or wind up in jail. If this happens the barmaid can be sued along with the Lodge. We could lose our liquor license resulting in closing our doors. We are still having issues with cussing and dropping the F-Bomb. This Is Not A Bar! This is a fraternity and family center. There are women and children in the Lodge, we have to clean up our language. If you slip up and cuss, the barmaid will ask you to clean it up. If you do not you will be asked to leave and possibly written up. Enough is Enough.
