Pasties & Cream Sprint RHH Portreath Competitors Bulletin number 1 - Final Instructions Firstly, a big thank you for your entries for this weekend. We must admit it has been a struggle to get the entries needed to run, but we hope that it will be worth it, and we all have an enjoyable weekend of motorsport. A few points of order: Late entries are available, potential entries must complete an entry plus security form as per normal. No cheque will be accepted only cash on the day of competing. Please find enclosed a security form that will need completing and bringing with you to be handed in at the gate of the base. RHH Portreath is an active base with sensitive equipment and therefore the authorities need to know who is on their base. If your form is not completed it will delay your entry to the venue. Following on from this there is to be NO video and NO photographs taken on the base, if caught your equipment will be confiscated and you and your party will be escorted from the base and take no further part in the weekend and you will receive NO refund to entry fees. Sorry to seem tough but those are the requirements of the base commander and this will be strictly adhered to. If you have entered both Saturday and Sunday events, you are able to leave your competition vehicle and trailer only at the venue overnight on Saturday, but this is at your own risk, as organisers can accept no liability. The pit area will be labelled A-D and correspond with your class. Clarification to Supplementary event regulations: ARTICLE 16 - Camping Unfortunately the RAF have withdrawn the camping facility at the base that we were hoping to utilise this year. This will only be news to those who have entered in the last week. A recommended site that is only a mile from the base can be found at www.tehidy.co.uk or contacted on 01209 216489. ARTICLE 12 - Officials 12.1 MSA Steward: delete TBA Add: John Hill Please note that we intend to give you maximum value for money and will utilise the track time available as much as possible, so please bring plenty of fuel and tyres to make sure you can take full benefit. Gates to venue open both days at 07:30am and close at 09:00am. Any late comers, or problems, please call Andy on 07940952799
