Eligibility The competition is open to all. All skiers must hold a valid racing license issued by CCC. If not, a Supporting Member Day License (SMDL) needs to be purchased during the online registration process. All Québec skiers must also have a SFQ license or buy a SFQ Day License online for each race day. Racing up is allowed at registration online. but racers may race up by only one age-category. The athlete who will race up must select the minimum year of birth of the new category when registering online.
Restrictions on Equipment Only the Swenor 65-000 wheeled skis with wheels # 2 of the CCC fleet will be allowed. Skis will be assigned by random draw in accordance with CCR396.2.10. Poles shall comply with RCC 343.8.1 for free technique races. A safety helmet (e.g. DIN EN 1078 or equivalent) must be worn per CCR396.2.6. Wheel Diameter Wheel Width Skis Weight Skis Length 100 mm 24 mm 1,400 g for both 580 mm Please note that there are 35 pairs equipped with the NNN binding, and 15 pairs with the SNS. Please indicate in the registration form the binding you are using. Registration Only online registration at zone4.ca will be accepted. No refund request will be considered. The deadline for registration is 26 October, 2017, at 23:59. Registration costs per race will be $ 20 for the Midget categories and $ 25 for the others. Registration fees are to be paid online. Registration lists will be posted on Zone 4 on 26 October, 2017. It is recommended that registrants check the lists to ensure there is no error, in which case you should contact the organizers no later than 27 October, 2017 at 6 p.m. The race will be canceled if there are fewer than 20 entries. The registration fee will then be refunded.
Course The course will be on a portion of the Gatineau Parkway between Penguin and Pink Lake

Results will be posted in zone4.ca at the end of the race. Seeding A chevron start will be used, with athletes placed on the chevron according to CPL. Only double poling is permitted on the first 50 meters of the course in accordance with CCR396.8.1.2. Skiers with a CCC license and without points will have their starting order randomly drawn in the same group and will start behind the seeded group. Skiers of those categories without a CCC license will have their starting order randomly drawn in the same group and will start behind the CCC license holders group. The start list will be posted on zone4.ca on 27 October 2017. No changes will be possible. Bib distribution On site 8:30 to 9:30 Club with racers who do not return their bib at the end of each race will be charged $30 CAD for their replacement.
