GAME DAY SATURDAY, OCT. 22 ND : ú 8:00 a.m.: Homecoming 5K Brick Run/Walk Where: Martin Alumni Center What: Follow the brick pathways through campus as you walk, jog, or run alongside friends during the second annual Homecoming 5K, sponsored by Campus Recreation. Stop by Campus Rec to register in advance, or sign up the morning of the race. Bring a canned food donation in lieu of a registration fee. ELON PHOENIX VS. RICHMOND SPIDERS Tailgating: All students are welcome to stop by SGA tailgating 11:30 a.m. Football Game: Presentation of Alumni Homecoming Court: 3:30 p.m. Halftime Homecoming Crowning and Homecoming Cup Winner: Between 3 rd and 4 th Quarter
RULES AND REGULATIONS 1. A team is any group of 10 people or more that meets all registration requirements. (Note: Participants do not have to be involved in a student organization on campus) 1. An updated scoring sheet will be posted online at Phoenix Connect and outside of the SGA Office everyday 2. In every events, late teams will be disqualified from that particular event 3. Any individual/ team/ organization found consuming alcohol or possession of illegal substance of any kind will be disqualified 4. In the event of any questions or complaints, a formal letter must be submitted to the chair of the Homecoming Committee, Alex Hunter, within 24 hours of the event in question.

COIN WARS GUIDELINES: ú This is a fundraising event ú Each team has a bucket advertising the team and its charity for collecting coins or dollar bills ú Buckets will be located in a central location in Moseley ú The value of any coins collected by a group count positively toward that group's point total, while the value of other coins or dollar bills are subtracted. ú Put cash in other teams buckets to deduct points o (i.e. $1 in a bucket equals 100 deduction) ú The total cents each team earns is the number of points each team receives ú Total amount collected from all the buckets will go towards winning team s charity
SUMO WRESTLING TOURNAMENT AND DINNER Wednesday October 19 th 6:30 p.m. in Alumni Gym Come out and root on your favorite team as they go head to head in sumo suits! The tournament will be executed in bracket format and a referee will enforce the rules throughout the event. FREE Dinner and Drinks will be provided! Eligibility: ú The competition is free and open to all University students registered on a Homecoming Team ú Spectator admission is free! ú Participants must be present at the beginning of the event in order to compete. Failure to do so will result in ineligibility ú All those participating must fill out waiver ú The tournament will be executed by bracket. Dinner will be served after the event and open to all students 1 st Place will receive 100 points 2 nd Place will receive 75 points 3 rd Place will receive 50 points 4 th Place will receive 25 points 5 th Place will receive 10 points

Not only will teams win points for their team, there will also be great prizes!
