The competition will take place at Bangenis in 25 m 6 lane swimming pool. This three-day meet offers a sprint 50 and 100 competition program which gives all competitors a good opportunity to prepare for this years upcoming championships. Rules: The competition will be conducted under FINA rules. Age groups: I girls and boys, born in 2005 and younger; II boys, born in 2003-2004; III girls, born in 2003-2004 and boys, born in 2001-2002; IV women, born in 2002 and older and men born in 2000 and older; V women and men of any age Competition times: Thursday (May 3) 10.00-17.00 p.m. Training 18.00 p.m. DUELS qualification (X 6 4 2) V age group 19.30 p.m. DUELS finals V age group Friday (May 4) 9.30 p.m. Heats I-IV age group 17.30 p.m. Finals I-IV age group Saturday (May 5) 9.00 p.m. Heats I-IV age group 16.00 p.m. Finals I-IV age group
Entries: There is possibility to submit the entries in two ways: - by using Entry Editor program e-mail to gintasbar@gmail.com April 26, 16.00 p.m. the latest. - by using swimrankings.net online system April 26, 23.59 p.m. the latest. Number of participants is limited to 600 swimmers and organizers can keep their right to not accept all entries, informing about such decision beforehand. Entry fee: Entry fee: 5/ event. Relay fee is not applicable. International payments to bank account (Bank address to be sent on request). All contestants from the start list must pay start fee. Late entries: Late entries will be accepted May 3, 20.00 p.m. the latest and will be accepted if the heat limitations do not apply. The late entry fee: 15/start. Withdrawals: Withdrawals should be made May 2 (Wednesday) 16.00 p. m. the lastest. Accreditation: all swimmers and team staff need accreditation. Please return form to anyksciaiswimmingfestival@gmail.com Accommodation: Organizers are prepared to help you reserve the place to stay in Anykščiai in case you didn t book any reservations. Prize money: Winners of each event in age groups I-IV are awarded with specially made medals and diplomas, while 4-6 places winners are awarded with diplomas. Prize money in each event in group V is as follows: First place 100, Second place 50, Third place 30 Prize money in each event in group IV is as follows: First place 50, Second place 30, Third place 20 Festival record in groups IV and V is 30, in group I-III are awarded with special prizes, The top three female and male performances in group IV, (counted on the best results from FINA s table) gets prize money: First place 500, Second place 300, Third place 200. If results will be the same, the swimmer, who has the better result at II (III...) event, achieves the higher place.
The top three female and male performances in group I, II and III, (counted on the two best results from FINA s table) gets sponsors gifts Each participant will receive a memory gift with festival symbols. In case a prize winner does not receive the prize because of his fault, organizers take the prize. Medicine: All the contestants must have doctor s permission to participate in the competition. The leader of the participating team or the swimmer if he (she) is participating independently is responsible for obtaining this permission.
