The One Start Rule shall apply. 2. VENUE All events will be held at the Danang Swimming Club, located in Danang City, Vietnam. The facility has a 8-lane 50 meter Competition Pool, a 6-lane 25 meter Training Pool. Timing and Judging Consoles, Computerization and Touch Pads are provided by OMEGA Systems. 3. ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS a. Participants must be registered members of their respective swimming federations of the Asian Countries. b. Junior Competition: Born after 1/1/1995. c. Current CMAS Sports License 4. * Asian Fin Swimming Championships: there will be heats and finals as the CMAS Rules. * Asian Junior Fin Swimming Competition : there will be direct finals in the morning sessions. 5. BOOKING AND ENTRY FEE Team Accommodations Accommodations and meals are being offered as a package to the participating delegations from 5 November (at noon) to 10 November (in the morning). Package Cost The package cost is billed PER INDIVIDUAL, PER NIGHT in the double or triple hotel rooms and includes transportation (Airport Hotel Airport, Hotel Swimming Pool Hotel) breakfast, lunch and dinner: US$ 500. Extra fee for single room is: US$ 25 per day (Package cost for single room is US$ 625). Extra day for sightseeing is: US$ 100 per person per day. Check-In Time: 12:00 pm on the day of arrival. Check-Out Time: 12:00 noon on the day of departure. Any departures after 12:00 noon will be subject to availability and possible additional charges. Reservation and Payment Accommodations must be guaranteed in advance with full payment. Please complete and return the Accommodations Form as soon as possible. Payment may be sent on or before 15 September to guarantee reservation. All rooms are subject to availability. SECRETARY AND COMPETITION FEE Participants who choose to be accommodated in hotels other than official will have to pay US$ 350 per person for secretarial fees, competition, opening and closing gala ceremony. The events shall be cancelled if entries received on the closing date are below the minimum number. c. Participating teams that may be affected by this rule shall be immediately informed and given 3 days to re-submit alternate entries. 9. LANE SEEDINGS For Junior Competition, all events will be swum on a Timed Finals basis. In order to seed swimmers correctly, please enter clearly the latest best times for each event the swimmer is entered in the space provided in the entry forms. 10. BOTTLE FILLING The organizer guarantees the filling of 200 cylinders (bottles). The maximum charging pressure is 200 bar. All cylinders (bottles) must be in good condition and must have passed a hydraulic test 24 months prior to the date of the championships. 11. PROGRAM SCHEDULE a. 12. AWARDS Individual / Team Awards a. Gold Medal for First Place. b. Silver Medal for Second Place. c. Bronze Medal for Third Place. * For Junior Competition: Victory Ceremony will be done in the morning sessions after each event. * For Asian Championships: Victory Ceremony will be done in the afternoon sessions as the schedule. In order to prepare for Victory Ceremony, each team have to bring 04 national flags (size 0.9 x 1.4 meter: 02; size 1 x 2 meter: 02 ) and 2 CD of national anthem. 13. CERTIFICATES a. Diploma/certificate will be awarded to all record holders. b. Certificate of participation will be presented to all participants. 14. TECHNICAL MEETING a. Date: Tuesday, 6 th November, 2012. b. Time: 9.00 am c. Venue: Conference Room in Danang Swimming Club. 15. ACCOMMODATION AND TRANSPORT a. Hotel located in centre of Danang city. It takes about 10 15 mins from swimming pool. b. Transportation will be provided from airport to hotel, hotel to airport and from hotel to venue / venue to hotel. c. Deadline for the submission of Accommodations Form and payment for Entry Fees and Hotel will be on September 15, 2012. d.
