NO REFUNDS of entries after closing date. In the event of cancellation of the show entry fees will be returned less 3 administration charge. Hard hats to British Standard must be worn at all times on the field. In the interests is safety cantering will not be allowed on the field unless in designated areas. Dogs should be kept on leads at all times. Competitors are required to collect any rubbish and take it home with them as a matter of courtesy.
