EXCEPT FOR STABLING FEES, NO CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS WILL BE DEBITED BEFORE THE SHOW. Refund of Entry and Stable Fees Refunds will only be in accordance with British Show Jumping Rule 79.5.1. Any cancellations made after the close of Entry will be charged the full rate for any Stable Booking. Entries only accepted on correct entry form. AMEX cards are not acceptable. STABLE BOOKINGS BOOKING: To include the nights of 18 th & 19 th July 2014 @ 55 per Stables (BFEC Members) or 60 for NON Members Stables are available from 3pm on THE FIRST DAY OF HIRE NO LORRY ARRIVALS AFTER 10PM We have 60 Permanent stables which will be allocated first to sponsors and then on a first booked basis after this. Temporary Stabling will be available if required A 10 deposit per stable will be taken from you on your arrival. This will be refunded when you leave providing your stable is left clean. Any damage caused to the stables will be charged to the hirer. SHAVINGS, HAYLAGE & HAY ARE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE ON SITE FROM THE STABLE MANAGER THIS CAN NOT BE PRE-ORDERED!!!! STRAW will be available for all competitors stabling on an adlib basis. If you require shavings these can be purchased from stable manager. Class 11 - Stepping Stones Handicap Qualifier 128cm Class 12 - Stepping Stones Handicap Qualifier 138cm For registered Ponies not exceeding 138cms, to be ridden by Junior members, Ages in accordance with Rule 77.12 & 77.13. Those Riders up to the end of the calendar year in which the age of 10 is reached are eligible to enter irrespective of points. Riders aged 10 and over on 1st January in the calendar year, must not have won a total of 350 points in the 128cms section and 700 Points in the 138cms section. Once Riders have competed at, or ever qualified for RIHS or HOYS on any height pony they are no longer eligible to compete in the final. Once a pony has qualified with any rider for RIHS or HOYS in the current year, then it is not eligible to compete in the final. Table A. Two rounds not against the clock. Rule 414. Riders aged 10 and over on 1st January in the calendar year, must not have won a total of 350 points in the 128cms section and 700 points in the 138cms section. Once Riders have competed at, or ever qualified for RIHS or HOYS on any height pony they are no longer eligible to compete in the final. RULES AND REGULATIONS 1. The Show Organiser referred to in these Rules and Regulations shall hereinafter mean Bury Farm Equestrian Club. The Spring Show Jumping Festival will hereinafter be referred to as the Show. 2. All horses must be registered with the British Show Jumping. Unless competing on a Ticket to Ride, this will be charged at 3. 3. Rule 76.6 will be applied if applicable. 4. The Show, Show Organiser, Volunteer and Officials do not accept liability for any accident, damage, injury, theft or illness to horses, riders, owners, spectators or any other person or property whatsoever. 5. The Show Organiser retains as its absolute discretion the right to decline or exclude or remove any person or animal from the show or future shows or return any entry fee without being required to assign reason or being liable for any compensation. 6. Competitions The Show Organiser reserves the right to cancel, add to, or amend any of the competitions, as they think fit, with the approval of the British Show Jumping. 7. Smoking Smoking is not permitted within any of the showground buildings or stables. 8. Collecting Ring All warming up must be done in the designated Collecting Rings provided. Persons found abusing horses on the showground may be asked to leave. 9. Refund of Entry and Stable Fees Refunds will only be in accordance with British Show Jumping Rule 79.5.1. Any cancellations made after the close of Entry will be charged the full rate for any Stable Booking 10. Represented Cheques Any payment that has to be represented to the bank for whatever reason will be subject to a 50.00 administration fee for each occasion. 11. Vehicles The Show Organiser reserves the right to remove any vehicle which is obstructing any access to or from the ground even if locked and unattended. The Show Organiser will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage occasioned by such removal. 12. Dogs Dogs are permitted in the Lorry Park and car park only. They must be kept under control at all times. If, in the opinion of the Show Organiser, any person fails to control their dog/s they may be asked to leave the Showground. 13. PRIZES Prizes not collected at the show WILL be forfeited. 14. Prize Giving The Show organiser reserves the right to withhold prizes if competitors do not attend the Official Prize Giving. 15. Objections Objection should be made in writing in accordance to British Showjumping7 Rule 198. Two Show Stewards will be appointed to the Show in accordance to Rule 96.2 16. Official Photographs Any photographs taken at the Championship by the Official Photographer may be used by the Show Organiser for promotional purposes. 17. First Aid A total of 4 per competitor per day or 10 for the show will be charged towards medical cover during the hours of competition. In accordance with rule 73.8.2. 18. Vaccination Certificate All horses at the show must have a current and valid certificate of vaccination against Equine Influenza. There will be random checking of certificates and any horse found without a valid certificate will be asked to leave the show ground 19. Stallions No person shall allow a stallion for which he/she is responsible as owner, lessee, authorized agent or rider to compete or be prepared to compete, in any class without taking adequate precautions to ensure other persons are not put at risk of injury. 20. Close of Entries Entries will close on the official closing date. Should space be available late entries may be accepted.. Please read carefully the General Rules and Regulations. Any person coming to the show or involved in any aspect of the meeting is deemed bound by the General Rules & Regulations.
