AN UNRIVALLED HISTORY AN INCREDIBLE FUTURE Notts County Football Club are the world s oldest professional football club, having been established in 1862, and a founder member of the Football League. Currently competing in League Two of the Sky Bet EFL, Notts play at Meadow Lane, which has a capacity of 20,300 and has been the club s home since 1910. More modern success has included being crowned Anglo-Italian Cup Winners in 1995 and lifting the League Two title in the 2009-10 season, while off the pitch the club continues to go from strength to strength under the leadership of chairman and owner Alan Hardy, who bought the club in January 2017. The stadium is a short walk from Nottingham train station and the city centre, with fantastic public transport links, as well as car parking available around the ground. Further details of how to get to Meadow Lane are included in this guide. The club s rich and illustrious history includes an FA Cup triumph in 1894, and the honour of having provided Italian giants Juventus with their now infamous black and white striped kit, a gesture that formed a lasting bond between the two clubs.

ACCESSIBILITY Meadow Lane has 44 pitch-level wheelchair accessible spaces, of which 34 are situated in the Derek Pavis and Family Stands, and 6 disabled car parking spaces. Supporters who suffer from disabilities which affect their mobility are advised to purchase seats in the Derek Pavis Stand or Family Stand as, unfortunately the only access to the Kop is via approximately 20 steps. For health and safety reasons, users of both manual and powered wheelchairs are required to be accompanied by a personal assistant. Wheelchair users are advised to purchase match tickets at least 48 hours in advance of a game. PA tickets are provided free of charge, and there is no concessionary ticket rate solely on the grounds of being a disabled supporter. Meadow Lane has accessible toilets based in the Derek Pavis stand, Jimmy Sirrel stand and Haydn Green Family stand. There is also an adult changing table available for use in the Haydn Green Family stand. This can be accessed by supporters seated in any area of the ground, by contacting a steward. Waitress service for wheelchair users Wheelchair users in the Derek Pavis and Haydn Green Family Stand are provided with a catering waitress service, as the concourse tea bars are not easily accessible. More information regarding this can be obtained by calling the ticket office on 0115 955 7210. Further information regarding accessibility at Meadow Lane can be found by visiting nottscountyfc.co.uk/disabledsupporters

GETTING TO MEADOW LANE PARKING Matchday parking is available for a small fee at three locations within close proximity to Meadow Lane Stadium. Roads in the immediate vicinity of the stadium are subject to parking prohibitions on matchdays but some street parking is available for those arriving early. SAT NAV The club s postcode is NG2 3HJ. TRAIN Meadow Lane is just a 5-10 minute walk from Nottingham station. Head towards London Road, turn right and cross over at the traffic lights before continuing down to Cattle Market Road, where you will see Meadow Lane Stadium. BUS Meadow Lane is well served by local buses, with further details on services and timetables available from the following: City Transport www.nctx.co.uk Trent Barton www.trentbarton.co.uk TRAM The city of Nottingham benefits from an ever-improving tram network including a number of park-and-ride facilities. More details can be found at: City Trams www.thetram.net

THE FAMILY EXPERIENCE The family stand is open from 1.30pm every home matchday (6.30pm for 7.45pm kick-offs). The family stand is situated behind the goal at the Meadow Lane end of the stadium. There are free activities on offer every matchday for Family Stand ticket purchasers, including free football coaching from Notts County coaches on our indoor 4G pitch. To find out what s on for our upcoming games please visit nottscountyfc.co.uk/familystand The concourse is split into four brightly coloured zones, making it easier to navigate. Within the concourse there is a tea bar serving hot food and drinks (green zone) and a volunteer-run tuck shop where all items are 50p and profits are donated back into club projects (yellow zone). Juniors can also meet Mr and Mrs Magpie who visit the stand every matchday. The family stand is accessible for wheelchairs, with accessible toilets located both in the concourse (yellow zone) and in the outside area of the stand, where a changing-bed is also available.

MASCOTS - MR & MRS MAGPIE Mr and Mrs Magpie are Notts County s friendly mascots, welcoming fans of all ages to every home game. Keep an eye out for them in the club shop, near the Broken Wheelbarrow and on the pitch before the game. Mr and Mrs Magpie both love a selfie, so be sure to ask them for a photo!

THE MAG Priced 3, our matchday programme, the Mag, is available around the ground and from the club shop. Containing exclusive features, columns from the chairman and manager, player interviews, junior features and much more, it s always a worthwhile purchase! Supporters can also pick up back-issues of the Mag from the club shop during normal opening hours and on matchdays. If you re celebrating a special occasion or family anniversary and would like to see a message in The Mag, please email sam.robinson@nottscountyfc.co.uk at least one-week before the game. Don t forget to include a picture.

FOOD & DRINK ON THE CONCOURSE Once inside the ground, each stand is served by a number of concourse catering outlets, offering a range of hot snacks including burgers, pies and vegetarian options, as well as sweets and crisps and a full range of hot, cold and, at certain outlets, alcoholic beverages. The concourses in the Derek Pavis Stand and the Kop Stand benefit from TV screens at each concourse catering outlet, so you can check the latest scores or watch match highlights while grabbing a bite to eat. There are also catering vans available to supporters in the Derek Pavis and Kop stands. These serve a slightly different range of food to the concourse tea bars, and also serve chips which regrettably cannot be purchased in the concourses. THE BROKEN WHEELBARROW Named after the iconic chant of Notts County fans, this sports bar is the perfect place to have a drink and grab some food before a home game. Opening at least two hours before kick-off, there is a full range of alcoholic and soft drinks, including real ale, as well as a variety of meal options to cater for all tastes. IN THE FAMILY STAND As well as a concourse tea bar serving the full-range of food and drink items, the Family Stand also benefits from The Tuck Shop. A wide range of sweets, crisps, chocolate and pop is available priced at 1. You ll be served by our team of friendly volunteers and every penny of profit will be donated back into a club project.
