Rules All horses competing under saddle must be at the age of 4 or above. The age of rider will be taken from the 1 st January 2018 The judges decisions are final No abuse of any kind (towards organisers or horses/ponies) will be tolerated on the grounds. Instructions given by any Official must be obeyed. A correctly fitted and current standard riding hat (PAS015) must be worn at all times by anyone mounted on a horse/pony. This is exempt for Iberian classes and Concours D Elegance classes which you must sign a disclaimer provided on the entry form. Any animal not under control or in any way constituting a danger may be asked to leave the ring or showground. Owners enter their horses/ponies at their own risk, and it is a condition of entry that no liability of any kind attaches itself to Broads Equestrian Centre or the show organisers. No claim or correspondence will be entered in respect of any claim arising from any incident, accident or injury to competitors, spectators, their property, servants or horses in connection with or arising out of attendance of a show held at Broads Equestrian Centre. The East Anglian Show reserves the right to refuse entries without stating any reason. No refunds of entries will be made unless a vet certificate can be produced. Only horses/ponies that are entered into an event may use the facilities. If you have a horse/pony that you are bringing on a competition day but not competing, please advise the show organiser and payment of 10 hire charge will be made. Any droppings must be cleared from the surfaces and the car park. Strictly no mucking out of lorries and trailers on the show ground. No rubbish to be left on the show ground, please use the bins provided or take your litter home. Dogs must be kept on leads and in control at all times while on the show ground. Please clean up after your dogs, failure to do so will incur being asked to leave. Strictly no Lunging on the grass areas or car park You will be asked to leave the showground. Once the class has began, late competitors may enter at the judges discretion PLEASE NOTE: Broads Equestrian Centre is situated on the A146 which is a busy road, we ADVISE all traffic on leaving the grounds to turn left.
