We have made our packages and selection process much easier to understand for the organiser, with all options now combined under either a simple Weekday or Weekend pricing structure, a method that s intended to provide a one-stop selection process for all your party s golfing needs, whether you are selecting a mid-week or weekend fixture. Building on the success and popularity of last year s Pick & Play menu, we are delighted to confirm that we have now extended it to include Weekend options. So, we can now offer a pre- selection menu for every day of the week. This superbly versatile option gives each player the opportunity to select their individual menu option from a whole range of home cooked menu choices before they play, our team of chef s then prepare and cook fresh for them, so meals are ready for when their round is completed. Our prime asset the golf course, has thankfully survived the extraordinary weather conditions experienced during 2018. We took a massive decision to over seed our fairways and enter in to an extensive greens restoration program that now sees our course in tip top condition. Our greens are reported to be playing superbly and a we are thrilled that a major investment in a new Jacobsen fairway mower is living up to its well-deserved reputation of providing a top quality tournament presentation. DRESS CODE - golf course: Dress should be neat and respectable at all times. Golf shoes or similar sports footwear with socks (in the interests of safety we advise all players to wear correct golf footwear). Tailored trousers or shorts. Collared shirts - tucked in. CONDITIONS OF PLAY Restrictions Subject to weather and ground conditions we reserve the right to utilise temporary greens or suspend the use of golf buggies/trolleys without prior notice. The use of mobile phones on the course is limited to emergency calls only; ring tones must be reduced so as not to distract other players. No person may use the course without clubs and a golf bag exclusively for their own use. Etiquette In the interests of other players and in respect for the course, please: Rake bunkers after use and exit at the lowest point, replace divots and repair pitch marks on the green. Use the paths provided. Courtesy In the interests of all - players should play without delay. In the event of slow play, lost balls or if the hole ahead is clear then the following group must be called through. Rules Socities, groups etc play from the yellow markers, ladies from red markers. All players must be familiar with local rules before commencing play. HAZARDOUS WEATHER CONDITIONS Lightning - if there is an imminent risk of lightning, all players upon hearing the Centres klaxon, must suspend play and IMMEDIATELY LEAVE THE COURSE. One blast of the klaxon signals IMMEDIATE EVACUATION OF THE COURSE. Fog - In the event of fog reducing visibility on the golf course, it is the individual s responsibility to stop play immediately if they believe that when playing a shot, it is not possible to view/ warn players in the landing zone, i.e. not being able to shout appropriate warnings. INSURANCE Members should note that the Proprietors, Management and Staff of Bromsgrove Golf Centre will not accept any responsibility or liability for loss of equipment and/ or property or injury sustained by you or caused to other people whilst on Bromsgrove Golf Centre land or property. It is the responsibility of all players to ensure they are adequately insured to cover any loss or damage to their own equipment, howsoever caused and to have insurance cover in place for any legal liability to third parties for bodily injury or damage to property whilst playing or practising at Bromsgrove Golf Centre.
