The two highest exhibits not already qualified in each affiliated class will qualify. 15+ Horse & Pony Events To qualify for the 2014 National Supreme Showing Championship Show on Sunday August 17 th at Equifest, Peterborough the first, second and third place in the following classes 7 & 17 will each qualify. To enter the National Supreme Showing Championship Show the rider/handler and horse/pony must register with 15+ Horse & Pony Events within 14 days of the qualifying show date. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY 1. All competitors are advised to have their own Public Liability Insurance. 2. All entries at competitors own risk. South Durham Hunt Pony Club and its Supporters will not accept any responsibility to any loss, damage, accident, injury or illness to any competitor, family, friends, animals or property, 3. All entries must be submitted to the Secretary on the correct entry form with correct fee. 4. South Durham Hunt Pony Club show committee have the right to refuse entry without explanation. 5. Mountain & Moorland Ponies must state breed on entry form. Registered ponies must state reg no. 6. No stallions or colts allowed on the show field. 7. Riders age as at 01/01/14. 8. All ridden ponies must be 4 years and over. 9. A correctly fitted BHS approved hat and appropriate footwear must be worn when riding a horse or pony in or out of the ring. Handlers 16 years and under must wear a correctly fitted BHS approved hat when handling a horse or pony in hand. 10. Horses and ponies are only allowed in the designated areas. 10. For Pony Club Members Spurs must not be worm unless the rider has attained B test or has written permission from their District Commissioner. Spurs must not be worn in M&M ridden classes. 11. The Judges decision is final. 12. All objections must be made in writing to the secretary s caravan within 30 minutes of the incident with a deposit of 30.00, which will be returned if the objection is upheld. 13. Entry fees will not be returned where a horse, pony or competitor is unable to compete. However, a substitution can be made at the Secretary s discretion. 14. In the event of cancellation of the show by South Durham Hunt Pony Club, entry fees will be returned. 15. South Durham Hunt Pony Club reserve the right to amalgamate classes where there are less than 4 entries in a class. 2
