BIDDING DISPUTES: The auctioneer in charge will settle any dispute as to bids & his decision on such matters will be final. CERTIFICATES: Buyer is responsible for transfer of TLBAA/ ITLA certificate of registration. Transfer papers will be furnished by the seller to the purchaser on each lot in the sale. HEALTH: All sale cattle must pass these requirements to sell in this state & most other states. Health papers must be within 30 days of the sale. Each animal requiring TB & Brucellosis test IAW Federal Requirements will have been tested within 30 days of the sale & indicated on health papers. All health papers will indicate fertility test, tric test, preg status. Interstate health papers will be furnished for each animal over 6 months of age. Each purchaser should check with their state veterinarian regarding regulations in this state-if additional health requirements are needed it is at the buyers expense. ANNOUNCEMENTS: Any changes from information of any kind will be announced from the auction box & such announcements shall take precedence. GUARANTEE: All animals sold are guaranteed by owners. Females vet checked safe with calf or calf at side, are considered breeders. Pregnancy checked 30 days preg-with veterinarian signature. All guarantees are between buyer & seller. POSSESSION: Immediately after the animal is sold, it becomes the sole risk & responsibility of the buyer thereof. But possession cannot be obtained by him until payment is made.
