Dear Brothers and Sisters, It has been a wonderful autumn. We welcomed the State Worthy President, Mike O Conner to our Aerie and the dinner prepared went fabulously. Thank you auxiliary sisters for all you did to make this such a great visit and for making our aerie shine. We received a strong endorsement from our state president. He communicated that through the challenges that we have encountered in our past, Aerie #2643 shows growing membership, younger officers joining and the future is bright. Thanksgiving dinner went great due to the volunteers who were jolly, energetic and happy to be there. Free and open to the public we served 150 with all the fixin s. Big shout out to volunteers: Hal and Barbara Jones, Diane and Jim Bals, Sheila & Mark Humberson, Mary Rankin, Nate Keim, Yvonne Davalos, Mike Mooney, Nate s cousin Crissy, Rich Barrientos, Peter, Ty and Maddy from C&P Coffee. Turkey donations came in from Past Worthy President, Zane Fitterer and Brother Dave Wolfe. Thank you! Mark your calendar for upcoming events: Aerie #2643 Children s Christmas Party, December 9 th. We are working with a professional Chef to plan the menu and to make this a delectable event. Auction, social dancers and raffles will all be embedded in this evening to raise money for a great cause. We hope you will all be there. The Holidays are full of family, events and good times. Support your local Aerie by stopping in with guests and friends, just sign them in at the bar and enjoy a West Seattle tradition. We thrive because of our members and guests.
