Parent Waiver for U10 & U12 Age Bands Heart of England 2007 Important notice for all Parents and Legal Guardians of Competitors who fall into the U10 & U12 Age Bands In order that the Junior Section of the Heart of England Judo Championships 2007 remains a viable event, the organisers will combine the U10 & U12 age bands. All players entering this championship in groups A1 through to A14 will be subject to technical restrictions for Under 12 years and will require parental consent to compete. This is for all players within age band 1996 1999, 8th mon and over (minimum age 8 years on day of event). In order to do this all competitors must have a waiver signed by a Parent or Legal Guardian. The waiver CANNOT and MUST NOT be signed by a coach or club official.
