The Power of Attorney granted in their favour STAND CANCELLED with effect from the respective dates mentioned against their names. Please note to DELETE their names from the Specimen Signature. It is incumbent on the part of the branches/ offices to ensure that the message for deletion of User_ids of such of those who leave the services of the bank is sent through System Mail to CBS Project Office on the same day of relief. Further in respect of suspended employees, it is mandatory that the User_ids are moved to inactive status immediately on placing them on suspension. While reiterating these guidelines branches/ offices are advised to verify their latest CBS report named Details_Of_Tellers_In_A_Branch_tenq2512.txt and scrutinise whether any ex-employee s User_id, be active or in-active, is still appearing in their reports. If so, the branches concerned have to send a message immediately through System mail to CBS Project Office for deletion of such User_ids from the system.
