The pool water has never been clearer; 20 new, comfortable lounge chairs adorn the pool deck; the clay tennis courts are resurfaced; the cart path repair project is completed; and the bunkers are having new sand added during every opening the maintenance staff has to work on them. But these improvements are all minor in comparison to the new membership program we have rolled out to grow this membership! After many hours of reviewing and analyzing our membership trends over the past four years, the one category that we need to grow to increase our viability is Full Resident ships. ship gains have kept pace with normal attrition, but mainly at the lower dues levels of Sports and house ships. We believe this to be because of the large gap in cost between the Sports ship, and the next level up, Full Resident. This new program is a permanent fix to that large disparity. This is not a temporary credit program that will cause your dues to jump back up in a year or two. Effective June 8 any new member to come in at the Full Resident level will pay $99 per month for full access to everything Cross Creek has to offer. To get all current Full Resident members to that same monthly rate, all you have to do is refer a new member who also comes in at the Full Resident level. That referral drops both party s monthly dues to $99. For those of you who are having trouble finding someone to refer, if an individual stops by to join who is not referred by a current member, then the two longest serving members at the full resident rate will automatically receive the dues reduction. This is designed to accelerate the amount of time it takes to get all Full Resident members to the $99 monthly dues rate. So now we are asking you, our loyal members, to promote your to anyone you would like to see as a member. You are our best advertising platform, and you can spread the word faster to the right people than any billboard, email, or flyer could ever accomplish. We appreciate your support and look forward to our coming growth! The Best Value Just Got Even Better To Our house & Sports s There s never been a better time to upgrade your membership to a Full ship. We recently lowered monthly golfing dues to $99/month. You can now treat yourself, your clients, and friends to golf, a great meal, or a family day at the pool. With your help, we can make Cross Creek Country the best experience in Mt. Airy!
