All exhibits must be eligible for registration with their respective breed society. 2. All entry fees MUST be paid before exhibits enter the ring. In the case of returned cheques all prizes will be withdrawn. Under no circumstances will entries be refunded. 3. Any animal having been stabled on a yard with, or having suffered from, STRANGLES must not be brought to the show until 4 WEEKS after the all clear has been given by a vet. 4. Animals and property will be considered as being in the exhibitor's charge. 5. All stallions and colts THREE years old or over must be in possession of a current breed society license (or acknowledged alternative). 6. All stallions and colts two years old or over must be suitably bitted with a snaffle type bridle and led by a handler that has attained their 14 th birthday before the 1 January of the current year. 7. There is no restriction for riders with the exception of stallions in that riders must have attained their 12 th birthday before the 1 January in the current year for Section A or B and 14 th Birthday before 1 January of the current year for Section C, D and Part Breds. 8. Ridden Competitors must produce the pony s passport directly after the Championship to qualify for the Ridden Performance Medal. If the passport is not available it will be passed down to the Reserve Champion on production of the pony s passport directly after the Championship. 9. Children are the responsibility of their parents and must be supervised at all times. Dogs MUST be kept on a lead at all times and are not allowed in the indoor school. 10. The Committee will not be responsible for loss, damage or injury thereto owing to accident or other cause. 11. The Committee reserves the right to postpone, alter or cancel without notice, any or all classes. 12. Any objection must be lodged in writing with the Secretary within 30 minutes of the incident, accompanied by a 25 deposit, which shall be forfeited if the objection is over-ruled. 13. Abusive behaviour towards judges or officials will not be tolerated under any circumstances. The Committee will discipline exhibitors using such behaviour. 14. No person may enter or show a horse or pony under a judge who is known to have bred, owned, sold or produced that horse or pony. 15. The judge's decision is final. 16. Exhibitors who enter classes are deemed to have read and accepted these Rules of Showing.
