In case the organization received more entries than the maximum allowed by the circuit 2 mouths before, a commitee meeting will be held to choose each team. So, every driver will have their absolute confirmation if his entry as been accepted at least 2 months before the event. After two months the entries will be chosen accordingly their date of arrival. Terms We will always plan to carry spare fuel at events. However, to guarantee your supply, please pre book and pay by the 04/10/17. Fuel ordered but not collected will not be charged for. If you have only pre booked but didn t pay, the fuel will only be held if you have made contact with us by End of the day on Friday 20 th. Otherwise we will assume you no longer need it and supply it to other racers if the demand exists. Race Weekends We will be onsite throughout the race weekend to dispense race fuel.
